Lage direkt an der U-Bahn-Station, große Zimmer, großes, renoviertes Badezimmer, Spülmaschine, Bademäntel für alle, Handtuch- und Klopapierservice, sehr freundliches Personal, viele Türen und Fenster zum Lüften, Hallenbad, tolle Wellnesslandschaft

Cons:

Defekte Nachttischlampe mit offenen Leitungen, so dass uns die Sicherung rausgeflogen ist, (wurde aber zumindest notdürftig und sofort gesichert); Mikrowelle defekt; zu wenig Gläser im Apartment (haben wir aber auf Nachfrage erhalten)

Pros:

Goede locatie, midden in Serfaus, naast MPreis supermarkt en schuin tegenover bakkerij. En kort bij metro station... maar zelf lopen is net zo snel.

War nett aber Preis- Leistung stimmt nicht.
Pros:

Lage war super. Bäckerei und Lebensmittelladen gleich daneben. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

In den 6 Tagen kam nie jemand um das Zimmer zu reinigen oder den Müll zu leeren. Da wir gekocht haben, hat der Müll zu stinken begonnen und das war nicht sehr angenehm. Mein Auto konnte ich am letzten Tag aus Platzgründen dort nicht stehen lassen, jedoch den Parkplatz musste ich trotzdem bezahlen, wie auch dan beim Eingang von Serfaus wo ich es parkieren konnte.

Staff non presente , ragazza della reception maleducata, non parlano lingue tranne tedesco , parcheggio a pagamento con sempre macchine nel mezzo ad ostruire il passaggio , appartamento in una soffitta con tetto basso , al momento della restituzione chiavi richieste spese non concordate al momento della prenotazione, grande maleducazione

Mooi hotel, verdient meer sterren
Pros:

Groot appartement en mooie sauna

Cons:

Pro actief handelen (toiletrollen te weinig en als je het kwam vragen kreeg je maar 2 extra voor 6 personen), geen diner optie in hotel, onverwachte parkeer kosten zonder het van tevoren te melden
