The Sigulda Apartment Situation Is Insane!
Pros:

-> The location is EXCELLENT! (5 min. to the Train Station, 2 min. to Elvi and Top shops, 1 min. to a great & cheap restaurant - everything on foot, of course)
-> The apartments are SUPER COMFORTABLE and have everything you may need, even for longer stays (ours even had a sauna for an additional fee)
-> The garden is lovely and has plenty of space for various activities
-> The owners are easy to get in touch with as they live next door & checking in/out is smooth like butter
-> Did I mention the location? No but seriously, Sigulda is so beautiful...
-> To top it all off: THE PRICE TO QUALITY RATIO IS INSANELY GOOD!!!

Neatitinka kainos
Pros:

Gera lokacija, vieta automobiliui. Mandagūs, paslaugūs savininkai.

Cons:

Neesame išrankūs, bet už tokią kainą buvo prastai. Pelėsis duše turbūt niekada nenaikintas. Smirdantys rakšluoščiai. Prastas namo ir minkštų baldų kvapas, atvykus viskas buvo sandariai uždaryta. Karšta. Lova katastrofiškai girgždėjo. Buvo ir tarakonų. Kapsulinis aparatas kiauras, negalėjome naudotis. Labiausiai nustebino įskaičiuotas valymo mokestis 15€ , įėjus kabo lentelė su vidaus taisyklėmis kad išvykstant pats turi šiukšles išsimesti ir dar indus išplauti. Terasa kuri buvo aprašyta kaip privati tokia nebuvo, kaimynų vaikai vaikščiojo po langais. Kaina ryškiai per didelė tokiam aptarnavimui.

Pros:

Autolla saapuminen on todella helppoa. Asunto on siisti ja vaati vain muutaman rapun kävellä ylös portaita. Koko asunto on puhdas, sänky iso ja tyynyt riittävät. Kylpyhuone laaja ja lämmintä vettä tuli hyvin. Vedenkeitin ja viinilasit löytyvät sekä terassi tuo lisätilaa huoneeseen.

Lyhyt kävelymatka kauppaan ja jos on valmis kävelemään noin 7 kilometriä, niin kolmeen linnaan pääsee tutustumaan helposti. Paluumatka paikallisbussilla maksaa yhden euron.

Cons:

Ei ilmastointilaitetta, eikä kahvinkeitintä. Televisio toimi satunnaisesti. Junaradan läheisyys saattaa tuoda pientä äänihaittaa, mutta se ei haitannut nukkumista.

Pros:

Overall, the "Studio apartment" was very comfortable; it had everything that one would need for a short-term stay. Small but functional kitchen and bathroom, chill area with sofa and TV and comfortable outdoor area.

Cons:

Noise from the apartment above disturbed our sleep a lot. Every step, movement of a chair, etc., was quite loud, so we were unable to fall asleep until 00:00, when other guests finally decided to go to sleep.
This is worth taking into consideration for everyone who cherishes their sleep before booking this specific apartment.

Pros:

Gut ausgestattet, gute Lage im Gauja Nationalpark, ruhig trotz naher Bahnlinie, die aber nachts weitgehend ruht.

Cons:

Die Duschkabine ist wenig einladend und renovierungsbedürftig.

Pros:

Nice personnel (dog and cat). Private room and kitchen with big garden and grill area. Near railroad station, nice if one likes trains.

Cons:

Could be a bit cleaner. Toilet bowl was shallow and only suitable for women or children, difficult to find a good position without genitals touching.

Mooie plek met overlast van rook en hout-as
Pros:

Rustige plek waar we ook heerlijk in de tuin konden zitten.

Cons:

De rook en hout-as (die uit uit de tuin van de buren kwam), die beide dagen tot diep in de nacht in en om het huisje hing. Echt vies.
