Prisvärt, trevligt! Gångavstånd till centrum o sevärdheter.
Pros:

Vi var ett större familjesällskap som hyrde 4 lgh i 2 dagar.
Karaktär i gammal industribyggnad.
Loftlgh passar utmärkt för två vuxna med små eller stora barn.
Lilla loft lgh med bäddsoffa funkar för tre vuxna men snarare bättre för två.
Studion är liten o trång.

Cons:

Kärvande kranar i badrummen. Saknas reglerbar höjd av duschhållaren i loftlgh.

Lägenhet med karaktär nära centrum som ör mycket prisvärd.
Pros:

Karaktären på huset som varit en gammal industribyggnad. Nära centrum men inte mitt i. Fint läge intill Fyrisån o promenad avstånd till slottet o domkyrkan. Lägenheten med loft och högt i tak är udda men en fräck planlösning. Rejält badrum.
Restaurang Tullgarn intill rekomenderas.

Cons:

Kranen till handfatet kärvar mycket pga av slitage. Saknas reglerbar stång för höjden av duschhandtaget, vilket gör att korta personer knappt når upp till hållaren.

Stort och rymligt. Helt ok läge med bra parkeringsmöjligheter utanför. Rent.

Cons:

Saknade krokar, avställningsmöbel i badrummet (för necessär mm), finns enbart spegel i badrummet, hade önskat någon mer spegel utanför badrummet, slöa knivar i köket.

I letti nel loft sono troppo vicino al soffitto e per sdraiarsi bisogna strisciare sul letto, questa è l'unica cosa che ha dato un po' di disagio, per il resto tutto ottimo.
