Chambre très spacieuse avec un grand bureau, lorsque l'on travail c'est très appréciable. Chambre coté arrière, très calme. Chambre silencieuse pour des nuits paisibles. Salle de Bain avec toilettes taille XL, avec douche et de la pression.

Mais trop de bruit ! Même l’es boules qui es c’est limites on entend les voitures .
Attention le petit déjeuner c’est 9h même si on travail au tel c’était limite . Mais on m’a quand même accepté .

La relación calidad precio y que, pese a estar alejado del centro, el tranvía estaba cerca y te dejaba en la Plaza de la Bolsa enseguida.
Me hubiera gustado estar más cerca del centro, pero al ir en coche tenía que optar por un alojamiento más alejado.

La struttura è un pò defilata, ma ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici. A pochi metri, dopo l'ospedale, c'è la fermata del tram che in pochi minuti porta al centro. Monolocale confortevole. Colazione abbondante.

Petit déjeuner décevant, plats manquants non renouvelés (œufs), produits très bas de gamme (charcuterie, fromage), un seul distributeur de boissons pour toute la salle.
L’établissement est très excentré par rapport aux points d’intérêt touristiques.
El alojamiento se encontraba a las afueras de burdeos, pero a 5 min caminando se encuentra la estacion de tranvia Gran Parc el cual es super sencillo y comodo de tomar para visitar todo el centro de la ciudad. Nos sorprendió la frecuencia con la que pasaba. A pesar de ser una zona algo solitaria, no sentimos inseguridad en ningun momento. Recomiendo

The location was very unpleasant. The hotel is situated in a rather strange area, close to a busy road and not far from a hospital. It was extremely noisy, with constant ambulance sirens and traffic throughout the night, even though my room faced the opposite side of the hotel rather than the road. There were also very loud insects, like crickets, in the grass outside all night. Sleeping with the window open was simply impossible.
I was also given an accessible room, although I had not booked one. The hotel did not offer to change the room or even warn me in advance that I would be staying in an accessible room. I would have chosen a different hotel if I had known this beforehand. I felt very uncomfortable in this type of room.
The hallway had a stale, unpleasant smell, almost like sewage or drainage pipes, and the air felt difficult to breathe. The room itself was extremely unwelcoming. The curtains were dirty and torn, with visible holes, which made the whole room feel neglected and uncomfortable.
The breakfast was very disappointing. There was very little to choose from, and the quality of the food seemed quite poor.
Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay and would not choose this hotel again.
