L'emplacement, proche de la gare, du centre historique, des transports publics.
La propriétaire est très réactive

Cons:

le petit déjeûner, pas de produits frais, tout sous blister.
Ayant fait la remarque à la propriétaire elle a dit qu'il suffisait de demander, donc bon point.

Amabilitatea gazdei. Apartamentul este exact ca un poze. Este situat in centrul orașului, aproape de toate atracțiile si de gara.
Gazda foarte amabila. Ne a ajutat cu depozitarea bagajelor dupa check out, ne a trimis informațiile privind mijloacele de transport de la aeroport( fara a le solicita).

Lokalizacja, spokojna i cicha okolica, blisko do portu i na dworzec. Duży i przestronny apartament z tarasem. Bardzo dobry i szybki kontakt z właścicielką. Miło i sympatycznie. Na powitanie lodówka z wodą, mlekiem sokami oraz włoskie słodkości. Aneks kuchenny, lodówka, piekarnik - bardzo wygodne. Bardzo dobre ciśnienie wody, woda gorąca! Dodatkowa pościel w zapasie w szafie.

Cons:

Ekspres do kawy w klimacie retro, obsługa wymaga cierpliwości. Przydałaby się wymiana. Śniadania w ofercie mogą być mylące to typowe włoskie słodkie przekąski do porannego espresso. Ale na dobry początek dnia idealne. Osobiście brakowało mi czajnika elektrycznego ale to drobiazg.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, czysto, super taras na poranną kawę którą dostaliśmy. Bardzo cicho w czasie naszego popytu nie przejechał nawet jeden samochód czy skuter. Lokalizacja to istna bajka, 3 Bardzo tanie markety w zasięgu 5-7 minut, do portu 5 minut a tam knajpki i pizzerie, choć nie tylko tam. Generalnie polecam

Excelente localização o ótimo custo benefício
Pros:

Apartamento muito espaçoso e com cozinha bem equipada. Cama muito confortável e chuveiro com bastante pressão de água. Lori foi muito atenciosa nos orientando desde antes da nossa chegada e foi muito flexível quanto ao horário de checkin. Com certeza vamos nos hospedar novamente quando voltarmos a Brindisi.

Bardzo czysty apartament w dobrej lokalizacji. Bardzo pomocna właścicielka. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie - klucze w schowku. W środku wszystko, co potrzebne.

Cons:

Śniadanie to tylko gotowe ciastka i dżemy. Darmowe miejsca parkingowe dostępne w okolicy, ale czasem trzeba trochę pokrążyć, żeby znaleźć wolne miejsce.

Great stay in the Center of the Old Town
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Brindisi and would highly recommend it.

The communication with the owner, Lori, was superb from the very beginning. She provided clear and helpful information about the check-in process and was especially accommodating in allowing us to store our luggage before our late flight back, which we truly appreciated.

The location of the apartment is simply excellent. You are just a 5-minute walk from Via Conserva, the main street where you will find bars and nightlife in Brindisi. The train station is only about a 10-minute walk away, and this is also where the airport express bus stops. Being situated in the heart of the old town, there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and small grocery shops nearby, while the next larger supermarket can be reached within approximately 10 minutes on foot. The area felt very safe at all times, including at night.

We stayed for four days, and the Pearl apartment was even better than in the pictures. It was very spacious for two people and offered plenty of room to relax comfortably. The bed was extremely comfortable and soft.

The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for a short stay, and the fridge was large and worked perfectly.

The apartment was tastefully furnished and very welcoming. In the bathroom, the shower was somewhat small, but the water pressure was excellent, hot water was always available, and we appreciated the generous number of towels provided.

Another highlight was the nice, large balcony/terrace, which added to the overall comfort of the stay.

Pros:

Lokalizacja znakomita. Blisko centrum. duzy apartament. Bardzo wygodny materac w sypialni . Znakomity kontakt z wynajmujacym. Mieliśmy aprtament na parterze i trochę brakowało mi widoku, ale napewno wart swojej ceny.

Cons:

Myśle, że niektore naczynia wymagaja wymiany i niestety niektóre wymagały umycia. Brakowało nam kieliszkow do wina (4 osoby). Troche fiksował ekspres do kawy. Nigdy wczesniej takiego nie widziałam.
