Дуже атмосферне помешкання, попри недоліки ванної
Pros:

Достатньо простора кімната із високими стелями, автентичним дизайном і меблями, що створює чудову атмосферу. Помешкання розташоване у гарному районі, до центру хоч і не дуже близько, але можна зручно дістатися пішки або транспортом.
Загалом було дві ванні кімнати — на кількість кімнат цілком достатньо, проте одна із них була значно менш комфортною.
Також плюсом був самостійний чек-ін і вхід у помешкання за кодом. У цілому залишилися позитивні враження від перебування.

Cons:

У ванній кімнаті, яка була ближче до нашого номера, душ розташований відразу за дверима, також у ньому не було дверцят, лише шторка, яка погано рухалася. Через це вода із душу потрапляла на підлогу і навіть витікала із ванни у коридор. На умивальнику і біде було по два крани — окремо для гарячої і холодної води, які до того ж треба було довго крутити, це було незручно. Саме біде не мало крана, на його місці були тільки дірки, із яких лилася вода, відповідно користуватися було не дуже зручно. Крім того, на мені закінчився гель для душу. Це невеликі нюанси, але вони створюють незручності і займають час. Уже перед виїздом зрозуміла, що інша ванна кімната була значно комфортнішою — душова кабінка розташована далі від дверей і має дверцята, кранами зручно користуватися. Сподіваюся, власники виправлять ці недоліки і в іншій ванній.

We were staying just for one night and I wouldn’t stay for more.
Pros:

Location wasn’t bad. Nice neighborhood and flexible for transportation.
It’s highly secured so you’re gonna feel safe.

Cons:

To begin with, no supplies for basic needs, not even a cup for water (even though accommodation was for four people). They only provided one tiny fridge.
Everything was dusty, shelves and beds were covered in dust. Looked way better in pictures than in real life.
There are two toilets/bathrooms which is shared with everyone and it gets really messy.

The worst place I've ever stayed

The communication staff had a bad attitude. They couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi. They also attacked the residents' phones. It was 30 degrees outside but there was no air conditioning. The indoor heating couldn't be turned off and remained on all the time, resulting in the residents not being able to sleep all night.

Прекрасное месторасположение, это многоквартирный дом, но соседей не слышно, толстые стены. Лужи в общих ванных вытирали очень быстро.

Cons:

Наши окна в номере 7 выходили на улицу, там проезжая часть, очень шумно, с закрытыми окнами очень душно. Комары в огромном количестве, а фумигатора нет. Мы ужаснулись кухне! Сковородки просто на выброс, единственная кастрюлька даже грязная стоит. Противень в духовке- противно прикоснуться. Губка для посуды не менялась год, наверное. На кухне нет полотенец, нет тряпки вытереть стол. На 4 ночи 1 мусорный пакет. Салфеток бумажных тоже нет. Вилка одна!!!
