Perfetto per il relax di coppia
Pros:

Piccolo appartamento con terrazzino meraviglioso situato a 15 min di auto dal centro di Chania. Host gentilissima, è venuta incontro ad ogni nostra esigenza. Nonostante le dimensioni contenute l'appartamento aveva tutto cio di cui necessitava.

Cons:

Il letto era un pochino scomodo.

Die Unterkunft hatte eine super Lage, 2 Minuten von einem wunderschönen Strand weg. Evi war super nett und hat uns sehr willkommen geheißen und uns gut versorgt. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder herkommen.

Emplacement idéal
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, confortable et climatisée.
Petit coin cuisine avec réfrigérateur et balcon avec « petite vue mer ».
Terrasse en rooftop. Emplacement idéal avec restaurants, plage et commerces à proximité. A 10 minutes en voiture la Canée.
Pas de parking mais facilité pour se garer aux alentours sans problème pour nous (mois de juin).
L’hôtesse Evi toujours disponible.

Tutto perfetto!
Pros:

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Evi Boutique Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal: just a short walk from the beach, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and we never had any trouble finding parking.

Our host was incredibly caring and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay (thank you Evi!). The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a lovely balcony that was the perfect spot to relax. We couldn't have asked for more and would happily return.

Highly recommended!

Cons:

Everything was PERFECT. I would just note that there are some stairs, so guests with limited mobility may want to check in advance whether accommodations are available to suit their needs.

Quiet and Comfortable Location
Pros:

Evi Boutiques is a quiet and very good location for beach and access to Chania. The room is spacious and clean.

Cons:

You need an eye patch as there are no curtains or blinds and the room is bright when the sun comes up. It helps to get your day started early.

Je recherchais une vue mer.
C'était indiqué, mais un nouvel immeuble en construction gâche la vue.

Pros:

Our stay at Evi was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. The room was super clean, spacious, and provided with all necessities. We had 2 full beds, which made the stay very comfortable. Evi is an extremely caring host that really makes you feel at home. She is always reachable, attentive and made sure our stay was flawless. Eating the breakfast on the wonderful terrace was such a nice way to start the day :) We also found the location to be great: it's in a calm neighborhood but not very far from Chania center (10 min by car). There are also restaurants and a minimarket reachable in less than 2 mins on foot. We were also able to always find parking close to the apartment, but it was mid May, so not very high season. All in all we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again at this place!! Thank you Evi! ♡♡♡

Wifi could be improved, the connection was a bit slow...

Pokój w dobrej lokalizacji i z widokiem na morze! Pani gospodarz była przemiła i dostawaliśmy codziennie małe śniadanie.
Parking na ulicy przy hotelu jednak była ona dość stroma.
