Stay there 100%! Great place in Istanbul
Pros:

Everything was exceptional, the room upgrade from the manager for our honeymoon trip was greatly appreciated, the explanation of the city as well. Great views and great bed and showers, 12/10 recommend!

Pros:

Все удобства и работа персонала на высоте !

Cons:

Не понравился шум по ночами за окнами , у нас номер был в дополнительном здании B и окна выходили на огороженный ров ( стройка ) , ночью от туда издавались неприятные ужасающие звуки птиц и животных при открытых окнах .

Cons:

Есть замечание по кровати… и наверное уже стоит минимально устранить вопросы по ремонту. А то ручки болтаются. Двери плохо закрываются. Но это не испортило впечатления!!!

Excellent emplacement mais déçu de l'équipement
Pros:

L'emplacement est vraiment très très bien, on peut faire toute la vielle ville de Sultanahmet à pied et continuer pour le reste en transport. La chambre est spacieuse, le personnel poli et présent 24/24.
Un petit coup de ménage rapide est fait chaque jour avec mise en place de bouteille d'eau.
Très bonne literie.

Cons:

Quand j'ai choisi l'hôtel, les photos étaient très prometteuses. Malheureusement, c'est un peu la douche froide car d'après les photos, je pensais qu'il y avait un rooftop mais hélas non. J'ai quand même pris la chambre "déluxe" avec le hammam privé mais franchement assez déçu des équipements et du coin thé/café : café soluble... des gâteaux secs... (les photos de l'hôtel donnaient bien plus envie).
Puis vraiment, une négligence sur les équipements : ampoule qui ne fonctionnait pas, horloge qui ne fonctionnait pas, papier qui se décolle, soucis sur une fenêtre, miroir cassé et le pire pour moi la brosse des toilettes dans un état catastrophique.

Очень чистая и уютная квартира. Внимательные парни на ресепшене.
Расположение супер, утром из окна увидели море, был восторг !!!
Жаль что мы были на одну ночь. В апартаментах есть стиральная машина, что очень удобно в жару. Я б еще раз остановилась тут .

Excellent service and very well maintained hotel.
Pros:

I really loved how spotless it was during my stay, I was even upgraded to a Suite and allowed me to check in super early. I really appreciate the nice gesture of Ramazan. I wish I could've stayed longer. I also appreciate the help of them to carry my luggages up to 4th floor. The area was so close to the tourist attractions and I like the quiet ambiance of the place.

We stayed at this property for a few days during the summer, and everything was wonderful. The location is unbeatable—it's just a five-minute walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available via WhatsApp. On one occasion, I requested extra blankets at 1:30 a.m., and they were delivered within five minutes.

The apartment was cleaned every day, and the housekeeping staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The only downside was that the building didn't have an elevator, but the staff carried our luggage to the apartment, so even that wasn't an issue.

I highly recommend staying here!

No bad surprises. All good as expected! Would recommend for sure.
Pros:

The family room was really comfortable with great beds and space for our family of 4. The staff were helpful and accomodating offering good advice and assistance with shuttles and baggage storage. Location is close to the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sofia.
