Had a lovely, comfortable stay at the Kassiopi Luxury Suites. Excellent customer service, would definitely return.
Pros:

Central location. Clean and modern with everything you could need for a short stay. Complementary toiletries, robes and slippers were a nice touch. Very quiet and comfortable bed.

Nothing - it was great! 😀

Apartament jest komfortowo, nowoczesnie urzadzony, ma potrzebne udogodnienia tj. garnki do gotowania, czajnik, suszarke, zelazko, szklanki, kubki etc. Bylismy z rocznym dzieckiem i gotowalismy jedzenie - wszystko co potrzebne bylo w apartamencie. Dostalismy rowniez lozeczko dla dziecka i krzeselko do karmienia. Super mila i sprawna obsluga na miejscu. Wlasciciel odpisywal szybko na wiadomosci i bezproblemowo przedluzyl nam pobyt.

Location was perfect and apartment was so spotless and beautiful. Bed was super comfy. Nice touches like gowns provided and beach towels. Would definitely stay again!

Cons:

Hairdryer was bad.. bring your own if you are like me and need to blow dry hair daily. Didn't cause much issue but just a tip.

Beautiful and relaxing
Pros:

The property was so clean, comfortable and ideal location. We were near a beach in Kassiopi, the harbour and lovely restaurants nearby.
You definitely need a car though to visit the rest of the city.

Cons:

Nothing I disliked about the property. The WiFi connection dropped a few times and it was hard to have good connection but the host did everything to fix it and he did. He was so good to respond quickly and resolve any issues.

Cons:

Room 103 does not really have a bathroom. It is more a closet with the toilet inside the shower. Rooms not serviced daily which is ok for apartments but with the Greek toilet paper in the bin system these should at lease be cleared each day

Excellent accommodation, beautifully decorated
Pros:

Extremely clean , so kind to have left supplies in the fridge for us , butter/ cheese / bread/ wine and coffee/ tea /jams. Beautifully furnished , comfy bed & pillows and excellent shower . Clean towels every second day and during bad weather , daily . Great air con with heating . Housekeeping excellent

There was building work going on in the adjacent apartment which meant being woken up very early every morning with the noise. Also the outlook from the balcony was basically a building site.
