Cons:

Tesiste kahvaltıya indiğimizde bizim oda için kahvaltının dahil olmadığı söylendi ve kahvaltı için extra ücret ödemek zorunda kaldık. Bize otel girişinde kahvaltının dahil olmadığı söylenseydi biz kahvaltı için başka seçenekleri değerlendirirdik. Bu şekilde olunca mecbur otele ödeme yapmak zorunda kaldık. Bu durum hiç hoşumuza gitmedi.

Boutique luxury in the middle of the feeling of being away from the action!!
Pros:

The property owners, the restaurant next door, the staff, the seaside complete with lounges and umbrellas! Location!!!

Cons:

I usually don’t care for touristy areas, but this DID NOT feel like it! It felt familiar and friendly and boutique like!!

Amazing little place
Pros:

Smaller boutique feel to it, very personal service from check in to check out. Great disabled access. Our room was one with the swimming pool in the back garden, rooms cleaned daily, immaculate, beach/pool towels provided (no deposit required). Bar prices very reasonable as was the food. Staff were very friendly and remembered everyone’s name. Offered a room to use in our last day for £50 full day as we were a really late flight.

An excellent hotel and staff in a great location. Would definitely recommended.

Our stay at Aegean House was nothing short of perfect. We genuinely can’t recommend it highly enough!
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like old friends. The staff are the heart of this hotel—every single person was kind, warm, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their genuine smiles and care made us feel so relaxed and at home throughout our stay.
Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring beautiful Kos. Everything was well looked after, and the attention to detail really stood out.
The food was absolutely delicious. Every meal was fresh, full of flavour, and prepared with care. We looked forward to breakfast each morning and thoroughly enjoyed everything we tried.
What made this holiday so special wasn’t just the lovely hotel—it was the people. The warmth and kindness of everyone at Aegean House turned a wonderful holiday into one we’ll always remember.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We left with beautiful memories, and it was genuinely difficult to say goodbye. We already know we’ll be back, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aegean House to anyone looking for a relaxing, welcoming place to stay in Kos.

Lovely little hotel
Pros:

The hotel was clean and quiet, staff were absolutely amazing. Breakfast was good plentiful, restocked regularly. About 15-20 mins walk into Kos town but lots of beach clubs close by. Loved it. Would come back to this hotel and definitely recommend to friends and family.

Cons:

More storage in bedroom as wasn't enough for a two week stay to unpack everything. Would suggest removing TV in bedroom and replacing with a mirror as only 1 mirror in the apartment made it a little awkward getting ready to go out.
Also, sadly no air con in the gym made it unbearable to use which was a shame as that was a selling point for us to book this.

Lo staff estremamente gentile e disponibile, è veramente il punto forte di questo hotel.
Viaggiando con una bambina di 1 anno, l’appartamento
aveva tutto il necessario (lettino, fasciatoio, scalda biberon e seggiolone)! Piscina bassa adatta ai piccoli e area giochi.
Hotel ben arredato e curato.
