Lage und Sauberkeit gut, werden aber hier nicht mehr absteigen.
Pros:

Zimmer waren sauber und gut eingerichtet mit kleiner Sitzgruppe und Küchenzeile, wir hatten den Aufenthalt mit Frühstück gebucht und die Küchenzeile nicht gebraucht. Hotel hat eine schöne Lage Zimmer mit Blick auf die Berge. Frühstück war überschaubar aber ausreichen.

Ja, was hat uns nicht gefallen: Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht wo man einen gewissen Service erwarten sollte. Wenn man schon beim Einchecken gesagt bekommt das wegen Personalmange der Zimmerservice vorher angemeldet werden muss…. Personalmangel hin oder her, es wäre auch möglich grundsätzlich zum Beispiel jeden 2/3. Tag die Zimmer zu reinigen. Würde nach meiner Meinung besser zum Gast rüberkommen. Auch der per E-Mail am Tag vor der Abreise freiwillige Hinweis, wenn möglich die Betten abzuziehen und den Müll runter zu bringen ist fraglich!!! Hatten das Gefühl das das Personal leicht überfordert ist. Wollte am Tag vor der Abreise morgens noch nach offener Rechnung fragen, war schwierig da Rezeptionspersonal gleich Frühstücksservice war. Bekam zur Antwort das es jetzt ganz schlecht wäre.

Pros:

Dobrá lokalita, dostatek parkovacích míst.Pokoj odpovídá fotografiim, sice starší, ale dostačující. Uvítali by jsme mikrovlnnou troubu, ale nebyla uvedena v popisu, tak nemůžeme vytknout.

Cons:

Dostali jsme pokoj, byli jsme v šoku. Pokoj nebyl vůbec uklizený, tím myslím že zůstal ve stavu v jakým ho opustil předchozí host.
Pán z recepce se omluvil a dostali jsme jiný pokoj. Na závěr pobytu přišla zpráva, že by ocenili, kdyby jsme před odjezdem svlékli postel a vynesli odpadky. To mě dostalo, no dodali, že to není povinné. No postel jsme svlékli.

Beautiful views of the Bavarian countryside and friendly staff.
Pros:

The property is very quiet, clean and comfortable. It is not cramped and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The photos show castles within 1 hour driving from the hotel.

Cons:

It was a bit apart from the train station, which required using a taxi. That being said, the distance from the main roads was part of the charm and peaceful atmosphere.
