J'ai beaucoup aimé l'accueil chaleureux des réceptionnistes ! J'ai même été surclassé, je recommande cet établissement ! J'ai eu le droit a une suite spacieuse et très propre !

It was good privat and comfort.

Cons:

When I entered the reception area, and also on the way to my room upstairs, there was an unpleasant smell. It would be great if a nicer fragrance could be used in these areas. Also, the room was missing a microwave for heating food. Other than these points, everything else was very good.

Pros:

Excellent stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Ilir, who gave us a free upgrade and helped us after our flight was cancelled by arranging another night and waiting for us at midnight. We’ll be back in July with our family. Highly recommended!

La posizione è l’unica cosa positiva.

Cons:

Porta principale della stanza rotta. Si faceva fatica a chiuderla con la chiave.
Ferro da stiro rotta alla maniglia.
Non c’era nulla dove poter appoggiare gli asciugamani in bagno. Mancava il sapone per le mani, e il sapone per il corpo trovato in bagno era praticamente finito. Così come mancava il detersivo per i piatti, per poter lavare eventualmente qualcosa che si è utilizzato.
Cuscini del letto scadenti, considerando che in kosovo li vendono a 3€ si poteva avere qualcosa di piu comodo, uguale per le lenzuola del letto. Usate e strausate. Si vedevano e si sentivano.
Pavimento sembra al quanto sporco. Dopo qualche ora con i calzini in camera, dono diventati neri.

Asunto oli siisti ja henkilökunta hyvin avuliasta ja saatavilla.

Cons:

Sähköt katkesivat pari kertaa myöhään illalla. Henkilökunta tuli hyvin ripeästi kyllä korjaamaan tilanteen, siitä heille kiitos 👍 Lopulta vika löytyi yhdestä pistorasiasta. Vaihdettiin pistoketta ja sen jälkeen sähköt pysyivät.
Yöllä oli todella meluisaa! Ei ole herkkäunisten paikka.
