I've stayed here many time and would happily return.
Pros:

I like that it is very peaceful, and very close to the suppliers that I work with. I also really like that it has the use of free bicycles. This time I was very happy to meet up with some really nice Australians that I'd met on a previous trip! I usually stay here when I come to Bali because of the quiet and happy atmosphere and like minded guests.

Cons:

I think the plumbing on the toilet could be fixed, other than that no complaints.

For the price and location, it’s a perfect hidden gem
Pros:

Excellent location, nice staff great value for money. It’s a little run down and could use some TLC, but for the location and price, perfect for us.

Dirty! Photos completely misleading, chairs stained and torn, beer bottles on the floor outside, photos showed a lounge room with a tv but no lounge room to be seen.

I love to stay here which is why I always return.
Pros:

I have stayed at Niramaya many times, it always comes up to my expectations. Lovely obliging staff ready to help if needs be. Plus for me the use of a push bike! If you like a peaceful environment this is definitely the place to stay.

Cons:

This time I had a bad fall in the shower and hit my head hard on the tiled floor. The shower head was spraying erratically and there was no rail to catch hold of when I slipped. It might be a good idea to have some kind of bar to hold if you need to move around for the direction of the water.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Wohnzimmer, der Pool ist schön und sauber. Das Personal ist, sofern anwesend, freundlich.

Cons:

Es ist tatsächlich nur ein Wasserkocher, eine Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank vorhanden, keine ganze Küchenzeile wie an einer Stelle erwähnt. Allerdings gibt es neben dem Pool wohl eine kleine Küche wo man kochen könnte. Die Toilettenspühlung funktionierte nicht zuverlässig, hier bedarf es einer Instandsetzung. Das Appartement wurde an einem Tag ohne unser Wissen betreten und gereinigt, hier hätte ich mir gewünscht vorher informiert zu werden.

Dont overlook this place!
Pros:

Such kind and lovely people! My taxi didnt turn up despite reassurances! At the last minute..
One member of staff loaded me and a lot of luggage on her motorbike and whizzed me to the airport!! Above and beyond. Absolute legend. The location is perfect, a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle but everything in short walking distance. A gem of a find and incredibly reasonable!

Nothing. Its not the Ritz but value for money

Pleasant stay
Pros:

The location is excellent as close to Seminyak beach and various restaurants.
The 2 Bedroom Unit was spacious enough for 2 people each having their own bathroom. Small complex so fairly private and a lovely pool.
Staff were very helpful and pleasant

Cons:

The furniture is oldish and could be updated.
Had to ask quite often for housekeeping to clean room or just refresh the towels and remove the rubbish. Not sure if when occupied they were respecting our privacy, however when we were out it was not cleaned either until we asked.
