Wonderful property, excellent location and strongly recommend the loft apartment with sun terrace.
Pros:

Excellent location, great apartment and we had the loft with the sun terrace. Well worth it! Host very responsive and overall excellent.

Cons:

The spiral stair case to the sun terrace was quirky and fine for us but if a bit frail would be a challenge

Not worth the location tradeoff

Location is really good.

Cons:

Really poor water pressure - it's impossible to take a nice shower. It has "terrace sea view" in the name but we got appartment without terrace or sea view. Appartment that we got was on the ground floor, right under the sea view appartment. That meant that when guests from top appartment were returning late at night they woke us up from all of the floors squeakin and we heared them talking late at night.
In appartment photos it seems that the appartment is naturally lit but in reality there is 0 natural light, especially since it's sitting right on the busy street and you need to have privacy blinds closed all the time.
You also shouldn't put toilet paper in the toilet but in the bin - which is personally gross to me.

Struttura sporca
Pros:

La posizione è buona, in un punto comodo da cui partire per visitare l'isola di Ortigia

Cons:

La struttura è estremamente sporca. Abbiamo trovato un asciugamano evidentemente usato, il piatto doccia sporchissimo, un cattivo odore di muffa/umidità, tanta polvere e capelli. Veramente un'esperienza da dimenticare!

La posizione molto centrale, l' appartamento to era bello e pulito , la signora gentilissima rispondeva ad ogni quesito

Foto un po ingannevoli, ero convinta di avere la casa con terrazzo in quanto dalle foto appare sempre la terrazza, invece mi sono resa conto di avere il loft, molto bello ma senza la terrazza,

Locatie van het appartement

Cons:

Dat de loft (=dakkamer) op de begane grond is. Er nauwelijks zicht naar buiten is vanwege de folie op de ramen en er zeker geen zicht is naar zee of historisch gebouw. Door ligging direct aan de straat en enkel glas zijn gesprekken op straat letterlijk te volgen. Overlast door uitgaanspubliek en scooters tot midden in de nacht. S ochtends voor 7 uur begint de stad alweer te leven (oa vuilnis ophalen en bouw)

Pros:

Ubicación cerca de centro histórico y principales atractivos; asimismo de las dos playas citadinas: Aretusa y cala rossa (pequeñas) . La de aretusa genial para nadar y musical
Departamento super equipado. Camas cómodas, aire acondicionado, cafetera, pava electrica, microondas, heladera...completísimo.

Cons:

Un poco ruidoso el barrio hasta que cesa el movimiento. Nos tocó el depto de abajo asi que no tuvimos vista al mar.
Resto todo bien.

Struttura posta al centro di Ortigia, a due passi dal mercato e a pochi metri dal centro storico. La struttura è dotata di un set completo di prodotti per il bagno ed ha inoltre messo a disposizione caffè e crostatine per la colazione.

Cons:

All’interno della struttura c’è un po’ di umidità: consiglio un deumidificatore. Pressione dell’acqua molto bassa.

Fehlende Terrasse lt. Foto. Wir hatten die Erdgeschosswohnung gebucht mit Foto Terrasse.

Pros:

La posizione, l'arredamento, la terrazza con le sdraio e il tavolo, l'ingresso indipendente, trovare due bottiglie di acqua e cialde da caffè in quantità.

Cons:

La casa era molto umida, nel bagno non c'era un aspiratore, mancavano stracci per asciugare i piatti e pentole per cucinare ( quelle poche presenti non erano utilizzabili).
