Pros:

Struttura posta al centro di Ortigia, a due passi dal mercato e a pochi metri dal centro storico. La struttura è dotata di un set completo di prodotti per il bagno ed ha inoltre messo a disposizione caffè e crostatine per la colazione.

Cons:

All’interno della struttura c’è un po’ di umidità: consiglio un deumidificatore. Pressione dell’acqua molto bassa.

Fehlende Terrasse lt. Foto. Wir hatten die Erdgeschosswohnung gebucht mit Foto Terrasse.

Pros:

La posizione, l'arredamento, la terrazza con le sdraio e il tavolo, l'ingresso indipendente, trovare due bottiglie di acqua e cialde da caffè in quantità.

Cons:

La casa era molto umida, nel bagno non c'era un aspiratore, mancavano stracci per asciugare i piatti e pentole per cucinare ( quelle poche presenti non erano utilizzabili).

Pros:

Das Appartement liegt in einer kleinen Gasse, super zentral, man ist sehr schnell überall. Es ist in der Unterkunft aber sehr ruhig und man bekommt nicht viel vom Geschehen draußen mit. Das Auto kann man im nahegelegenen Parkhaus parken und dann den Urlaub entspannt genießen.
Bei Unkunft ist alles liebevoll vorbereitet (Flasche Wasser, Tee, Kaffee) und wir konnten unsere Fragen schnell bei Whatsapp klären (Daumen hoch!). Absoluter Favourit ist die private Dachterasse, die zum Frühstück in der Sonne, zum verweilen und entspannen einlädt.
Ja, die Treppe hoch ist eng und man muss etwas aufpassen, aber das ist machbar.
Wenn man länger da ist und ausgiebig kochen möchte, ist dies wahrscheinlich eher schwerer möglich in der kleinen Küchenzeile. Für uns war das kein Problem, da wir die Restaurantvielfalt ausgenutzt haben :)
Das Bett ist ebenfalls sehr bequem, mit dem Wlan gab es keinerlei Probleme.
Wenn wir nochmal nach Ortigia kommen, würden wir das Appartement gerne wieder buchen :)

Locația centrală, curățenie,, facilități pentru bucătărie,

Cons:

Totul a fost foarte bine. poate erau bune niște pastile pentru expresorul de cafea (avea o formă ciudată și nu am găsit să cumpărăm) și lucruri elementare (sare , zahar,piper,ulei )

Pros:

Appartamento essenziale , ha tutti i comfort , in pieno centro . Zona tranquilla, non rumorosa. Terrazza meravigliosa. Davide il proprietario gentile, ci ha chiamato per sapere cosa potesse servire e ci ha portato del caffè che non riuscivamo a reperire.
