В самому серці древньої Ортіджії але заховане в вузенькій вуличці, що робить це місце ще більш вишуканим і романтичним. Естетичне місце для поціновувачів комфорту. Чисто, охайно, затишно. Все продумано до дрібниць. Шумоізоляція, клімат контроль, безконтактний доступ до номеру. Чудові працівники рецепції готові допомогти в усіх питаннях. Блаженство для душі. Місце куди хочеться повертатись знов і знов

Una desilusión estos cuartos. Incómodo, sucio y sin actitud de servicio al cliente. NO lo recomiendo

La ubicación muy buena, en el centro histórico.

Cons:

Eran dos y tres pisos por escalera y sin ayuda. Muy incómodo. Estaba miy sucio (ni siquiera habian vaciado las papeleras del baño!), a la partillande la cama le faltaban tablas por lo que el colchón quedaba sin soporte en algunos lados. Pero lo peor fue es staff que en vez de solucionar y oedir disculpas nos dijeron que nada que hacer hasta el dia siguiente y que lo sucio era “arte pobre”. Era arte pobre que salió con un trapo y buena fregada

Safe for female solo travellers.
Would stay here again.

Cons:

Everything was a bit worn down, eg the leather was peeling of the chairs.
It wasn't possible to open a window, the only way to get fresh air or natural light is to open the front door.

I had a terrific stay! I love Ortigia. The host was wonderful and helped me throuigh a mini-crisis!

The host is an extraordinary man! Extremely kind and helpful. I loved the building and the location, in the heart of Ortigia, walkable to every part of the island.

Cons:

Next time I will upgrade to a better room. The prices are so good that this won't be a problem.

Communication with the hotel was excellent. Upon arrival, check-in was quick and easy, and the receptionist kindly provided recommendations on places to visit and local restaurants.
Our room was located on the ground floor near the reception and had its own independent entrance. It was spacious, clean, and featured a loft bed.
One point to note is that the room was advertised as an apartment, but it did not have a proper kitchen area. Also, as is common with many Sicilian ground-floor properties, the only window is above the door, with natural light entering only through the entrance door.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and the location was superb to discover Ortigia.

Ein guter Ort für Altstadt-Streifzüge.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, mitten in der Altstadt, so dass deren Erkundung zu Fuss viel Spass macht. Das Bett war qualitativ sehr gut und es hatte eine Klimaanlage. Der Restaurant-Tipp von Maria (Reception) war hervorragend.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer hatte nicht den Charme, wie ich es aufgrund der Foto auf Booking erhofft hatte. Die Altstadt-Lage hat einen Nachteil bei An- und Abreise: das Gepäck muss rund 500m vom/zum Parkplatz transportiert werden. Ferner gingen die Fenster meines Zimmers auf einen Innenhof, wo es auch nach 23 Uhr sehr laut sein kann (fremde Leute).

Die Lage mitten in der Stadt war toll. Sehr sauber und gross.

Cons:

Kein Fenster. Die Türen haben milchige Scheiben. Dass man nicht nach draussen schauen oder sitzen konnte. Man fûhlt sich wie in einer schönen Abstellkammer. Die Decke ueber dem Bett ist nur ca 1,6m hoch. Meine Frau hat sich derart den Kopf angeschlagen in der Nacht, dass sie einen halben Tag Kopfweh hatte. Aus meiner Sicht ein no go.
