1/للأسف تتراكم المياه في دورات المياه بعد الاستحمام.
2/لاتوجد مناظر وحدائق مجاورة والفندق لم يضع حواجز زراعية على الأقل.
3/الطاقم في الاستقبال رائحتهم سيئة ومنطقة الاستقبال غير مؤهلة .
4/مواقف السيارات تسع للسيارة دون النزول وصعوبة في النزول دون الإضرار بالمركبات الجانبية ولم يتم حساب المواقف بدقة للأسف.
5/ السعر مرتفع حتى لو كانت الغرف كبيرة لا يمنع تخفيض السعر بحكم أن الخدمات غير متوفرة وبعيدة كل البعد ولا توجد مناظر.

المكان عبارة عن شقة بمطبخ وغرفة معيشة ومطبخ وحمامي وكان نظيف وموقعه جيد بالقرب من مطار زايد يبعد حوالي 30 دقيقة ولكن الطريق سلس
