The sea side view was amazing!!
During use of the shower, water leaks from the shower enclosure onto the bathroom floor, causing water to spread to the surrounding area
Location - almost directly opposite south pier. Great access to beach, restaurants, shops etc.
Space - had everything you need in a little self contained apartment
Shower - nice and powerful

The location is fantastic right on the sea front, and sea view from the double windows.
A/C was really powerful and kept the room nice and cold. Good shower and bathroom. Comfy beds.

Good sized apartment, handy location. Friendly, helpful staff. Its great we could use the bar in the hotel and also the convenience of the 'help yourself trolley' for things such as toilet roll and disposable trays. The vending machines are also a great idea, stocked full of things you might forget and priced very reasonably.
No brush & pan set or hoover for cleaning up.
Unfortunately our roof was leaking one night - staff were helpful and provided towels and thankfully the bed underneath wasn't being used but unfortunately I do not know if anyone did look at the roof the next day as I wasn't informed that anyone had been in our apartment whilst we were out.
Great location and easy access to everything. Very welcoming man on reception who was very helpful. Secure building where rooms cards are used to enter everywhere, reception, building next door and apartment. Great value for money !
Aircon was a little unreliable to start but I think we were unable to work it ourselves properly . Ones used to the buttons and system if worked like a treat. We had an apartment for 8 but only 6 towels, went to reception and he gave us more plus extra and was very helpful. These are just minor issues.
The location was fairly close to the pleasure beach and across from the tram stop.
Wouldn’t stay here again and would not recommend this hotel at all.
The room was beyond dirty when we arrived. There were hairs in the bed from previous guests, black mould in the bathroom, and bins had clearly not been emptied. The sofas also had mysterious white stains on them, and there was rust on the chairs.
When we asked for the room to be cleaned, instead of housekeeping being sent, we were directed to a shelf of cleaning products and expected to clean it ourselves. We even had to take our own bins out during the stay.
The air conditioning didn’t work, which made the experience even worse. To top it all off, the neighbours were blasting trance/rave music and shouting until around 6am, meaning we got barely 3 hours of sleep.
At checkout, staff had conveniently disappeared, so there was no opportunity to properly raise these issues.
Overall: dirty rooms, terrible sleep, and very poor customer service. Definitely would not stay here again.

TV had not been cleaned for some time. The location of the hanging rail is not great as hangs over side of bed and not enough hangers. The chairs were rusty and stain on sofa bed requires bit more attention to detail when cleaning. As self contained apartment would be good if there was a dust pan n brush available. Bit more attention to detail wouldn't go a miss in entrance and stairs could have been hoovered first impressions make a difference not hoovered while we stayed 4 nights
We had a free upgrade and it was really appreciated had alot of space with 3 beds and a sea front view very good value for money. It was in a great location all the attractions were in walking distance with the beach (south pier i believe) right across the road. Staff were friendly, check in was fast everything was easy to access and help was available 24/7 if needed. Also had a smart tv which is always nice.
Certain things around the apartment like the cooker looked like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned for a while and there was rubbish behind the sofa there was bad smell of sewage occasionally too. I would suggest bringing your own cleaning supplies.

It was beautiful the view mesmerising. We had great facilities in our apartment such as nice kitchen, with proper coffee machine & pods, built in fridge with small ice box, cooker, cutlery, plates etc.
The bathroom was lovely shower fabulous, with nice complimentary hair and body wash smelt fab. A big bedroom nanny, and nice small box room, quiet for r little girl. Living room with sofa beds for me n hubby. Perfect for family stay..in the middle of the 2 piers great location. Host nothing to much nice guy.
Could have done with little hover or brush I could quick sweep the floor.
