Pros:

Excellent location. Loved the living space . My family enjoyed our experience at Blackpool.....however there was disturbance upstairs in the early hours which kept us awake on the Friday night. Quite scary when we have small children

Pros:

Excellent location on the front up near South pier with sea view , good facilities with fridge , microwave , hob

Cons:

Could have been cleaner some cups hadn't been washed properly , the bed sheet on duvet had a hole , there was a sock under one of beds & a false nail.on one of the windowsill and quite dusty windowsill, the table & chair could do with an update

Beautiful views from the room.

Cons:

Overall I really loved my stay here (I have stayed here approx. 5 / 6 times).
However, the room can do with a deep / more thorough clean.
Towel or bathmat needed for when coming out of the shower.
Toiletries (esp. hand wash at the sink) needed.
No dinner plates in cupboard, only a couple of small bowls provided.

Pros:

Everything was fine from Monday to Friday, then new residents came for the weekend, the music started in the apartment below our's kids couldn't sleep as we had to get up early Saturday to head home

Another successful stay.
Pros:

AC in all the rooms, the quiet hours, family friendliness, location, televisions in all the rooms, access to extra cleaning things if needed for the apartments and the beds were spotless.

Cons:

Only 1 AC remote worked, we had 1 fork between 5 of us we did get more once we asked, had to ask for a frying pan aswell as there wasnt one in the room. The bins at bottom of the stairs could be doing with getting emptied and cleaned they were hoaching with fruit flies which made their way into the rooms. Could be doing with softer pillows.

Exceptional service, immaculate apartments.
Pros:

Amazing stay, friendly staff, well presented accommodation. Staff couldn’t have done anymore than they did. Very welcoming from the get go, couldn’t recommended anymore. Will definitely be booking against. Exceptional service.

Cons:

Nothing to report, had a lovely time here. For the first time we’ve visited for an overnight stay.

The excellent location almost made up for the poor accommodation.
Pros:

The property is in a great location for the south pier and pleasure beach. There is a tram stop nearby, so it is convenient for getting to the central pier, Blackpool tower and north pier.

Cons:

The main bedroom smelt of cigarette smoke. Even with the passive aggressive signs telling people that smoking will cost them £150 fine. The bathroom and kitchen had left over items from the previous tenants. The beds were very hard, pillows flat, bunk bed was very wobbly and the place in general looked a bit rundown.

Affordable at a price
Pros:

The location was right by the beach with easy walking to the north and south piers.

The bathroom was nice and the A/C was wonderful.

The bedding was clean.

Cons:

The floors, walls, and furniture were dirty.

I am not sure how this accommodation compares to others along the beach in Blackpool, they might all be alike.
