Reception opening hours are as follows: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, Friday from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00, and Sunday from 08:45 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe stated in the booking conditions, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

Pros:

Uitstekend gelegen om de mooiste dorpjes van de Elzas te bezoeken. Het overdekte zwembad zorgt dat je in alle weersomstandigheden kan zwemmen. De appartementen zijn niet groot, maar wel comfortabel.

Cons:

Het zwembad kan een likje verf gebruiken. Doordat je in een appartement zit, heb je soms last van de buren als die wat luid zijn. Echter zijn de slaapkamers aan de andere zijde gelegen dan het terras, waardoor je 's nachts geen overlast ervaart.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta para conocer la zona de Alsacia, esta a 5min caminando de Eguisheim. A los niños les encantó la piscina.

Cons:

Nos pilló una ola de calor y había solo 1 ventilador disponibles en el apartamento para 6 personas. Supongo que esto no es lo normal en la zona.

Sehr gute Lage! Das Appartement war klein, aber funktional ausgestattet und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und alles gut organisiert.
Für die Autos gibt es Stellplätze in der Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Zimmer sind "hellhörig" und durch die Größe der Anlage ist es teilweise laut

Fint, nära och bekvämt. Men tänk på öppettiderna på receptionen.

Allt! Närheten, poolområdet, rummen.

Cons:

Att tänka på vid ankomst är att receptionen är totalt stängd vissa tider. Vi fick hjälp av en städare att öppna grinden så vi kunde parkera. Sen badade vi fram till receptionen öppnade.

Bel resort a due passi da borgo da favola.

Rigtig fint og skænt sted. Vi har haft en skøn ferie☀️

Beliggenheden, værelserne og roen. Personalet var meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme.

Cons:

Hvis jeg skulle ønske ville det være skønt om man kunne booke/købe morgenmad, desuden er der meget varmt når der er 30 grader udenfor. Aircondition kunne være godt.

Ottima posizione per visitare questa bellissima regione. Adatto per famiglie. Molto tranquillo.
Pros:

Residence in posizione tranquilla, a due passi dal centro di Eguisheim. Piscina comoda per rinfrescarsi dopo le gite giornaliere. A luglio l'orario di apertura era prolungato fino alle 20. Comoda la presenza di lettini nell'adiacente giardino. Area verde ben tenuta. Il nostro appartamento era dotato di un ampio terrazzo con stendino e tavolo adeguato per colazioni e cene con vista sul bel paesaggio.
Alla reception le ragazze parlano anche in inglese e sono molto gentili e disponibili per informazioni e spiegazioni.
Molto comodo e consigliato il servizio di prenotazione di prodotti da forno di ottima qualità per la mattina successiva. Bello anche il servizio di prestito di giochi da tavolo.
Angolo cucina ben attrezzato, con lavastoviglie e pastiglie per lavastoviglie nel kit pulizie. Nota per italiani non scontata negli appartamenti al di fuori dell'Italia... presente lo scolapasta e pentola per cuocere la pasta.
Il nostro appartamento aveva 2 bagni: uno con box doccia e wc e l'altro con vasca con parete antischizzo... comodo visto che abbiamo alloggiato in 5.

Cons:

Camere piccole con poco spazio attorno ai letti ma non è stato un problema perché gli arredi sono funzionali e il soggiorno in compenso è ampio.
Mancanza di aria condizionata, presente un ventilatore. Durante il nostro soggiorno nonostante l'ondata di caldo giornaliera la temperatura notturna era gradevole.

Pros:

Prima communicatie vooraf via de app. Appartement was schoon en netjes. Prachtige locatie dicht bij het centrum.
Parkeren is super goed geregeld, ondergrondse plaatsen toegewezen aan het appartement. Ook enkele oplaadpunten op het terrein aanwezig.
Terras voor je appartement biedt voldoende privacy en is ruim.
Keuken is vrij compleet en met nieuwe gerei voorzien.

Cons:

Het is redelijk druk, vooral bij het zwembad. Eigenlijk kan je enkel daarin afkoelen, maar niet goed zwemmen, vanwege de drukte. Ook het geluid is erg hard, door de weerkaatsing van het glas eromheen. Ook is het zwembad aan een opknapbeurt toe.
Appartementen zijn behoorlijk warm in de zomer. er is een ventilator aanwezig maar na een warme dag krijg je het niet gekoeld met alle ramen en deuren open.
Er ontbreekt een speeltuin voor de kinderen (er zijn enkel een paar wip waps in de volle zon).
Ook is er geen cafe op het terrein of andere horeca faciliteiten.

Godt sted og god beliggenhed og der var det man skulle bruge.

Det ligger super tæt på hyggelig by og dejlige og rolige omgivelser.
