It had everything we could need for our 2 week stay, older style building but very clean, beds done every day, location excellent and all the staff was very helpful

I chose this place for my business trip, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful with everything. They even personally assisted me with my sample deliveries. I didn’t experience any problems, and I stayed here for 13 nights without any issues. Highly recommended.

The woman in reception was very helpful, she sent samples for us, when we told her about the bed problem, she solved. On the last day, she helped with late check out and keeping of our luggages. The place is just 5 minutes from the subway, there are western restaurants there.
The house is quiet old, and the bathroom is small and old. The bathroom is upstairs and so difficult to us. Every time, you have to go upstairs for using it. The bed was like a rock, and 2 nights was like a nightmare. After then, i told them the situation, they solve it by putting extra parts on it. But, it should be done before i said it. A bed can not be so hard for anyone. To be honest, even if the reception lady was not so nice and helpful, i would not give such high rates. They should renovate the room. But, it was clean at least, they clean the room every day.

Given it was Canton Fair time, I think it was good value for money.
The staff was very helpful even helping me check in at 2am which is when I arrived.
I think the lift is an issue. It is a busy place with food delivery, and you can wait for a while before getting into the lift.

The location was excellent, very close to two subway stations as well as restaurants and Huacheng Square. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and I slept well. It also had all the basic necessities, including a hair dryer and a washing machine on the balcony. I liked staying in an apartment instead of a hotel, as it felt a bit more homey.
