Will absolutely stay again.
Pros:

Everything was fabulous. The gain access process was straightforward, the apartment is one of the best we have stayed in because of the room, the glass conservatory overlooking the river was amazing. The location of the old town just behind was perfect.

Moderne und durchdachte Einrichtung, zentrale Lage!
Pros:

Modern und schön eingerichtet, cooles Bad mit klasse Dusche! Kaffee & Tee gratis. Ich hatte sogar überraschenderweise einen Frühstücks-Voucher für die Marktbar direkt nebenan.
Obwohl das Haus mitten im Verkehrsstrom liegt, haben die schalldichten Fenster den Lärm sehr gut draußen gelassen. Die perfekt funktionierende und leicht zu bedienende Klimaanlage war bei den heißen Juni-Temperaturen Gold wert. Der Check-in mit 2 vorher zugeschickten Codes war sehr entspannt!

Best spot in Innsbruck
Pros:

The best location in Innsbruck and what a view! Right on the river, just a couple of minutes walk to the Golden Roof & town square, lovely for a river stroll up to the Hofgarten. Perfect for us with our young child - we knew she'd need a nap so we went for the suite with the fantastic balcony room with the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the river, dining table and comfy reading chair - 1000% worth the extra cost. Kitchen was well equipped with all the basics you'd expect, and a french press coffee maker, fridge & 2 hobs. Aircon in both the bedroom and the balcony room. Communication was great throughout, and the manager of the cafe helped us out with getting in contact with the studio manager when we arrived earlier than expected. Easy commute to the airport too, the bus stop was just a 7 min walk away.

Cons:

Nothing, this is such a special place to stay and would definitely recommend to others. The only thing that could have improved our otherwise flawless stay would have been some milk (sachets or fresh) for the coffee in the morning.

Pros:

Loved appartment and position was perfect for us. Bars etc down below but with double windows didn't hear anything. ,not even road noise .The view was amazing as in walking,around everywhere here .Fell in love with the area ,river and old town. .Thankyou so much.

Cons:

Not a thing to dislike.

Erinomainen tukikohta päiväretkille
Pros:

Majoittuminen ja yhteydenpito sujui hyvin. Sijainti on paras mahdollinen niin liikenneyhteyksien kuin maisemienkin osalta. Maktbarin aamupalavaihtoehdot olivat ihania!

Cons:

Alakerran ravintoloista kuuluu illalla ääntä, mutta omia uniani se ei häirinnyt. Huoneen roskikset olisi kiva saada tyhjennettyä ja vaihdettua puhtaat kahvikupit useammin. Majoituimme torstaista torstaihin ja huone siivottiin vain kerran lauantaina, Tosin en tästä itse heille mitään ilmoittanut, olisivat varmasti pyynnöstä käyneet siivoamassa 😀
