Schönes peripheres Wohnquartier mit grünen, weitsichtigen Wegen in die City
Pros:

Der Eindruck des Zimmers war sehr gut. Das viele Weiß hat zwar eine Wirkung, die man mögen muss. Aber das ist halt der individuelle Stil.
Fenster schirmen die Straßengeräusche voll ab.

Cons:

Da ich lange Haare habe, sind mir zwei Handtücher zu wenig. Aber das ist überall so.
Evtl. ein bequemer Sessel wäre nicht schlecht.

Our stay at Quartier 99 exceeded our expectations, and we would not hesitate to stay there again.
Pros:

Quartier 99 is located just outside the Old Town, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. It is within easy walking distance of the funicular and the Old Town, with a grocery store and bus stops nearby. Although it is situated at an intersection, the apartment is exceptionally well soundproofed—we could not hear any traffic noise from inside.
Although the front desk was staffed only from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. each day, the staff member was exceptionally helpful and provided excellent information about the area. The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to prepare breakfast and evening meals. The bathroom was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, the apartment had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We would definitely stay at Quartier 99 again and would happily recommend it to others.

Preciosa estancia, recomendadisimoo!
Pros:

Todo. Somos muy viajeros y hemos estado en todo tipo de alojamientos, este ha sido uno de los mas bonitos. La decoracion, la ubicacion, las calidades de todo. La cama y el colchon espectaculares. Volveremos.

De data asta, nu am ramas.

Nu am avut mic dejun, iar locatia a fost ca si anul trecut, un loc frumos si deosebit de curat.

Cons:

Am avut rezervari pentru,, Apartament cu vedere la munte cu suprafata de 31mp, ,,facute pe Booking, de pe 15 iunie pana pe 24 iulie -inca din decembrie 2025 si de pe 13 pana pe 15 iunie pentru Loft. Stiind ca ajung in Innsbruck cu o zi mai devreme, am contactat administratorul intreband daca pot avea inca o zi de rezervare, acest lucru nefiind posibil pe Booking. Raspunsul a fost pozitiv. Am fost intrebata daca vreau sa stau intai in Loft sau direct in Top 5. Am raspuns ca mi-e egal. O noapte am stat in Top 5, apoi trebuia sa ma mut in Loft,-platisem pentru asta. Dar mi s-a comunicat ca voi sta TOATA perioada in Top 5. Asa ca am plecat pe data de 13 . Administratorul dispune cum sa procedeze, turistul decide daca da mii de euro pentru a sta intr-un loc la care nu se astepta. Anulasem deja toate rezervarile de pe 15 iunie pana pe 24 iulie. La toate argumentele mele, raspunsul a fost ca ,,toate apartamentele au vedere la munte,,. Nu era asa cand am facut rezervarile, iar Top 5 este un apartament spre intersectia a doua strazi, foarte zgomotos. I-am spus administratorului ca nu mi se pare deloc fair sa procedezi astfel. Turistii trebuie informati clar unde vor sta, si au fost 6 luni pentru asta.Anul trecut am stat in Top 3, anul acesta am fost convinsa ca voi sta tot acolo sau deasupra acestuia, banuiam ca acela este Top 5., Tin la dispozitia celor interesati conversatiile mele pe aceasta tema si fotografii. Mentionez ca nu am acordat nicio nota, pentru ca nu am avut de ce. Aparthotelul este un loc foarte frumos, care straluceste de curatenie. Pentru ca a trebuit sa dau un scor acestei proprietati, luand in calcul si cum a fost sejurul, am dat 10 proprietatii si 4 calitatii sejurului meu.

Hiukan kaukana jos liikut autolla, parkkihalli aika kaukana jos käy hyvä tuuri niin saat sinisillä merkityn ruudun ilmaiseksi ennen kello 9 . Viikonlopun saimme täysin ilmaiseksi kun ei maksa mitään viikoloppuna
