Pros:

The location is fabulous: at the end of a little road off the main street, very quiet and peaceful. Our room overlooked the sea which was only a few metres away. Every morning I sat on my balcony and watched the house martins swoop, and in the evening the bats. The room was modern and clean with the basic cooking utensils. The shampoo/ shower wash/ body lotion was much appreciated especially as it smelt so nice. The pool was clean and pool towels are provided but we used the sea which is only a walk away.

All the staff were so friendly. I really can't fault this place. We had a magical time in Hotel Liakoto and Kardamyli, you can't go wrong with this hotel or village if you like a chilled atmosphere with friendly people and fabulous scenery and food.

Pristine pool on side of building that catches the sun most of the day. Lovely staff. On the water's edge with ability to walk to everything.

Exceeding expectation by far
Pros:

The 1st floor studio hotel room and bathroom are beautifully decorated and the layout of the entire hotel is very well designed. This hotel hits far above its class and it exceeded my expectations.
The room has a big balcony with direct views of the sea, maybe 20 m away.
All appliances are new and from top notch brands, demonstrating the owners' commitment to quality throughout.
The pool is surprisingly long, allowing one decent laps.
Access to the beach nearby requires beach shoes, as the sea floor is rocky and spiky. However, one can use the nearby (10 m away) ladder to drop painlessly into the sea and swim and snorkel in crystal clear waters. Maybe you will be lucky to see an octopus. BTW, for swimming early in May & June it helps to have a neoprene shirt, to have enough time to savor the incredible underwater scenery.

Pros:

Location! Staff! Cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Really one of my favorite hotels anywhere.

Cons:

Very nice bread and yogurt in the breakfast, but it would be nice if there were a way that breakfast could be available in the lobby, so I could take just what I want and not waste so much. Also, then perhaps it could be included in the price.

Lovely Liakoto!
Pros:

Utterly charming. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We adored the views of the sea, the pool, the breakfast and the relaxed and well-priced cafe/bar. It is on a quiet side street overlooking the sea in very easy reach of the town, its beaches and restaurants. There provided a cot and high chair for our daughter.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have a bath but we managed!

Einstimmig wurde beschlossen- wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal hier und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Personal ist sehr nett, die Lage ist phantastisch und die Anlage/Zimmer bieten alles was man braucht!

A Relaxing and Comfortable Base in Kardymilli
Pros:

I loved the location directly in front of the sea with beautiful sunset views. The staff was gracious and accommodating. It was an easy walk into town and the nearby beaches.

Cons:

The apartment I stayed in was divided into two parts, a living area with balcony and a separate bedroom. I was on the ground floor and the bedroom was small and dark. I recommend asking for an upper floor if possible. The breakfast choices were not great.
