Amazing apartment. Very spacious big bedrooms big beds excellent air con and wifi with staff that can’t do enough for you. Lovely pool and walking distance to Provenza which is the main bar area.
No noise in apartment and just lovely place to stay. Very safe neighbourhood

We stayed in a two-bedroom and two-bathroom apartment for eight nights. It was perfect for our family of three. The place was quite and clean, and the staff were very attentive and friendly.
If you want to stay close to the bustling area without being right in the middle of it, Loma Verde is for you.
It was exactly what we wanted. Hotel staff was super friendly and the rooms were great.

Lovely apartment with full facilities. Pool on the roof is great with sauna you can ask them to put in. Gym looked decent but we didn’t use it. The block is in a nice quiet safe area and not far from shops and restaurants. 20 minute walk to main Poblado area and 30 mins to metro.

Although not far to places the roads are very hilly and quite steep back from Poblado. Just need to be aware.
Stroll down the hill to zona rosa in 10 minutes. Have a good time. Then take uber back up the hill to your apartment for a small fee.

Exactly as photos. Comfortable property and great location if you want to be near Provenza. Far enough to avoid the noise but close enough to still be in the heart of everything. 24 hour security also made the property feel very safe and secure
Verbal instructions about daily cleaning could be a little clearer as we misunderstood and thought we should only put the sign up if we didn’t want the cleaning service so unfortunately missed out on this during our stay but other than that the apartment itself was clean and tidy
Her appartement was van alle gemakken/ comfort voorzien. Voor de echte liefhebber is er ook nog een roof top zwembad en een workout ruimte.
Combineer dat met een excellente service en een verblijf bij Loma Verde is echt de moeote waard.
Kortom: Top!
Als ik dan toch iets moet noemen en dat is een open deur.....de geluidsisolatie.
Met isolerende beglazing was dat te voorkomen geweest.
