Spaciius apartment in nice area of the city.
Pros:

We had a few very enjoyable days and overall a good stay. We would happily return.

Cons:

There are a couple of things that could further improve the experience.Instead of requiring guests to purchase drinking water in plastic bottles from a vending machine, it would be much more sustainable if the rooms were equipped with a water filtration system, or if filtered drinking water were available on each floor where guests could fill a pitcher or bottle. This would be a great improvement for the environment.

We also missed a dishcloth, a tea towel, and dishwasher detergent during our stay. Providing these basic kitchen essentials would make the apartment more convenient and comfortable for guests.Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Pros:

Wir sind am Anreisetag um 07:00 in Medellin gelandet und haben um einen frühen Check-in gebeten, der problemlos möglich war. Des Weiteren haben wir vorab gefragt, ob wir ein Zimmer in einer höheren Etage bekommen können. Auch dieser Wunsch wurde anstandslos umgesetzt. Des Weiteren mussten wir unseren Aufenthalt aufgrund eines medizinischen Notfalls zwei Mal verlängern, auch hier war die Rezeption extrem kooperativ. Das Personal an der Rezeption spricht einwandfreies Englisch und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist solide. Wir würden jedenfalls wieder kommen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind schon ein wenig „abgewohnt“ und eine Klimaanlage gibt es nur im Schlafzimmer.

Great stay, would recommend!
Pros:

Modern location, comfortable apartment which has all you need. Super clean and spacious including the huge bed.

Cons:

Slow drainage of water but I didn’t tell the staff as I forgot. They were super helpful in everything though and spoke excellent English.

Mooi ingericht, heerlijke bedden en super dat elke kamer eigen badkamer heeft. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Personeel is echt fantastisch!!!

El desayuno es bastante bueno y equilibrado. La ubicación cerca del hotel lo hace más beneficioso por la caminata segura del área

Un beau séjour dans cet établissement de Poblado.
Pros:

Bel établissement avec un personnel très attentif et sympathiques.

Cons:

Seulement le fait que c'est un tantinet éloigné du cœur de Poblado (environ 12 minutes de marche souvent en pleine noirceur, mais les Uber sont très abordables :) ).
