Pas sérieux
Pros:

Appartement spacieux, joliment rénové et décoré, propre, bien équipé. En théorie, tout pour rendre le séjour agréable mais si vous rencontrez le moindre problème ne comptez pas sur le loueur pour le corriger avant votre départ. Dans notre cas, pas d'eau chaude donc deux jours de douche froide et personne pour nous répondre.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas compris, l'eau était tiède à certains moments de la journée mais froide le reste du temps. Nous avons utilisé l'adresse e-mail et le numéro de téléphone indiqués dans l'appartement pour prévenir le loueur mais aucune réponse. Quand l'eau est redevenue tiède en cours de journée le premier jour nous avons cru à une intervention de leur part mais il n'en était rien. Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement pour le week-end de Pâques ce qui ne permettait pas de réparation mais il n'est pas normal de ne pas avoir eu de réponse. Il s'agit visiblement d'une société de location qui loue plusieurs appartements dans la même résidence. Il aurait pu nous être proposé un échange d'appartement, encore faudrait-il qu'une permanence en dehors des heures de bureau soit prévue.

Po príchode boli v celom byte otvorené okná, zrejme naschvál, aby sa vetralo. Ale kvôli tomu bolo v celej kuchyhi všade veľa prachu a peľu, musel som to čistiť. Inak všetko ok.

Helle freundliche Wohnung, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Cons:

Leider war der Fernseher nicht eingestellt und es gab keine Anleitung, also hatten wir keine Möglichkeit für Nachrichten

Ideale Lage für einen Messebesuch, sehr schöne Ferienwohnung.
Pros:

Sehr schöne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sehr angenehme und schön harte Matratze, sehr einfacher Self-Check-In und ideale Lage für einen Messebesuch. Ich war mit meiner Tochter vor Ort, wir konnten ideal zwischen Messegelände und Innenstadt hin und her laufen ohne Probleme.

Cons:

Es gab nur zwei gefühlt alte Kaffeekapseln vor Ort, ein paar Teebeutel o.ä. wären nett gewesen, aber nur als i-Tüpfelchen. Ansonsten alles bestens!

Gelungenes WE in einer Sehr schönen Unterkunft.
Pros:

War alles in bester Ordnung, sauber, komfortabel. So wie es sein soll.
Unkomplizierter Check in - check out. Zentrumsnah gelegen. Und zur Messe ein Katzensprung.

Decently located property with insufficient heating
Pros:

The location was good. In general the property was good.

Cons:

Before we reached the property, we informed the property about our time of arrival. When we got there there was no one and we didn't know the code for the building entrance and apartment keys. When we tried to reach the property via phone/message no one responded. I tried almost 50 times calling the property without any success. We had two small kids and we were waiting in the cold weather and we're unable to contact the property. Upon contacting Booking.com, the property called us back 2 hours later. They blamed Booking.com about the miscommunication. While booking told clearly on the phone that it was entirely upon the property to provide us the code and the keys. When we entered the apartment, we noticed all the windows were opened. It was almost 0 degree Celsius outside and all the windows were opened. The heaters were not working to it's fullest capacity. We all were absolutely freezing in the night with little kids and they weren't enough blankets in the room. They were provided next day.

Un canapé aurait été bienvenu s'il on serait resté plus longtemps ainsi qu'une télé qui fonctionne.
