Wonderful place for a break
Pros:

This hotel was really lovely. The rooms were gorgeous. There was plenty of space. The kitchen had everything you need. The room was very clean. There was nothing you could complain about. The lady at reception was wonderful and very helpful. We could walk down the road to a restaurant, and we also cooked and sat outside in the sunshine. Every room had table and chairs outside. There was plenty of parking and the area was really quiet.

Pros:

De ligging, de grote van de zitkamer en slaapkamer, de auto kan in een afgesloten garage. En de kamers zijn prima uitgerust.

Cons:

Om 17.00uur was er geen personeel meer en de balie was gesloten. We moesten inchecken via een soort pinautomaat maar die werkte niet. Er stond dat je het boekinsnummer in moest vullen, maar dat klopte niet. Na telefonisch contact bleek dat je daar de naam en adres in moest vullen. Dat is wel heel wat anders. Die aanwijzingen moeten correct en duidelijk zijn. Puntje van aandacht

Für eine Zwischenübernachtung ok.
Pros:

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und für uns war es die ideale Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Sehr gut war das Parken in der zugehörigen Tiefgarage. Wir bekamen ein Apartement, in dem man sich auch selber hätte verpflegen können.

Cons:

Das Frühstück gab es in einem Nachbarhotel, war ausreichend, jedoch aufgebackene, trockene Brötchen und eine magere Auswahl an Belag ist für den verlangten Preis einfach nicht zufriedenstellend - da kann man mehr erwarten.

Pros:

La disponibilità del personale nell'aiutarci a recuperare la borsa dimenticata in hotel- sono andati subito la mattina a spedirci in posta il plico, gli arredi, la pulizia, la comodità dei materassi. La disponibilità ad aiutarci nottetempo per aprirci la reception, essendo rimasti chiusi fuori, poiché non c'era stata chiarezza nelle indicazioni. Mia moglie non poteva accedere all'ascensore e quindi alla camera dal garage sotterraneo, unico punto di accesso dopo la chiusura della reception.

Cons:

La mancanza di chiarezza sulle barriere architettoniche. Mia moglie è in carrozzina ed eravamo in una camera dove il bagno era raggiungibile salendo una scala a chiocciola. Anche il parcheggio sotterraneo è accessibile dopo una rampa di 5 scalini dopo l'ascensore. L'albergo non è fruibile da persone con handicap motorio

Prima tussenstop-hotel voor een nachtje Zuid-Duitsland
Pros:

We hebben dit hotel als tussenstop onderweg naar huis gekozen. Het lag voor ons gunstig op de reis naar huis. De kamer was een soort studio met een open verdieping wat het een leuke, sfeervolle ruimte maakte. Het was wel een erg fijne grote kamer.

Cons:

We hebben het hotel een uur voor aankomst geboekt met de vraag voor een extra bed voor onze dochter. Eenmaal bij het hotel bleek het helemaal gesloten te zijn (aankomst om 21:00) en konden we uiteindelijk via een soort machine inchecken en een sleutel ontvangen. In onze kamer was helaas geen extra bed en beddengoed voor onze dochter waardoor we met zn drieën in één bed hebben gelegen. Daarnaast was het heel erg warm in de bovenste kamer onder de kap. Er stonden wel twee ventilatoren maar beide bleken kapot. Het was dus een nachtje zweten geblazen (en geen bemande receptie). We dachten dat er ontbijt was maar in de ontbijtzaal was er geen eten maar enkel wat koffie te verkrijgen.

Pleasant stay, nice small studio, with good facilities. Breakfast was lovely!!
Cons:

The staff were not there when we arrived. We arrived late but still according to their timing table the reception should have been open. This made us solve puzzles to get into our room and finding the underground parking.

Pros:

the room was more like a studio with kitchenette, than normal room. Good breakfast is served in another hotel round the corner. Parking in the garage is a bonus.

Prima om een nacht door te brengen als je op doorreis bent.
Pros:

Vanwege doorreis hier een tussenstop genomen en overnacht. Ik kwam op een zondag iets 16:00 aan waarbij de receptie op dat moment al gesloten was. Na enig zoeken rondom het hotel de manier gevonden om in te kunnen checken.

Cons:

Niet specifiek iets wat tegen viel. Wat ik wel jammer vond was het feit dat er geen personeel aanwezig was en niet geheel duidelijk (in eerste instantie) hoe dan in te checken. De volgende ochtend kwam ik tot de verassing dat ik voor het ontbijt naar een ander hotel moest gaan. Dit had iets beter vermeld kunnen worden in de informatie.
