Când intr o cameră locuiesc mai mult de 1 o persoană sunt necesare 2 chei de acces. Altfel permanent seara mai ales il deranjezi pe cel ce se retrage mai devreme. Înțelegem reticența utilizării aerului condiționat dar disconfortul a fost important.
Nici un canal de tv de știri în limba engleză sau oricare altă de circulație internationala
The room was lovely and spacious, and very clean. The pool are was also clean and a nice area.
The hotel facilites are very basic and I wouldn't say it was a 4* hotel for that reason. There is just a room with a pool thats all.
On the last day you have to leave your room at 10am but due to the lack of facilities on site if you dont pay €80 for a late room you have nowhere to shower, toilet or change. The hotel did offer for us to use their sister hotel facilities that day which we did and it was lovely, but it wasn't ideal and a little stressful end to the holiday.
Very quiet and peaceful. Nice pool. Apartment was clean and serviced regularly.
The loungers on the apartment side of the pool should have better parasols, like the ones on the other side of the pool.

A konyhaban az evoeszkozok es edenyek elegge alapfelszereltseguek voltak, es nagyon minimalis. A szallas kozel volt a repterhez ami lehet valakinek zavaro is, a felszallast elegge hallani lehetett

Zona tranquilla e ben servita. Appartamento moderno e ben tenuto. Pulizia giornaliera.
Due consigli ai proprietari per migliorare la struttura. Togliere la tenda nella doccia e mettere un box vetro o plastica. La tenda non è igienica perché difficile da lavare e si sposta facilmente lasciando uscire l'acqua fuori. Secondo all'uscita la strada è molto stretta e la visuale coperta dal cancello e da un ulivo perciò più di una volta ho rischiato di prendere una macchina o un passante, consiglio uno specchio per la sicurezza degli ospiti. La pulizia all'arrivo era ottima nel tempo anche se veniva fatta tutti i giorni (cosa positiva) non veniva fatta molto bene. Non richiediamo la perfezione ci mancherebbe ma dei sassolini della spiaggia sono rimasti in camera e in doccia fino alla nostra partenza.

Could do with sun beds in another area as well , when we stayed people left there towels were on the beds over night .

Staff were so friendly. There isn't a reception area but the cleaner (she was so friendly) was there when we arrived and showed us to our studio.
WIFI code is on the wall with other instructions - I missed it the first day :)
We wanted a quiet holiday and got just that. Good location to walk to beach and restaurants. Shop just up the road from the appartments.
People around there are so friendly. If you want a comfortable quiet holiday you'll love this.
Would be good to have some sat and pepper in the room just as feedback.
Lovely spacious room, well equipped kitchenette, spacious balcony, very close to tavernas, shop and beach. Bus stop into Argostoli just up the road from the property.
Konstantinos accommodated my request for a late checkout with very short notice which I greatly appreciated.
Ground floor room was quite dark and very cool. Not much natural sunlight but I’m sure in peak season, when very hot, this would be a bonus.
We had amazing stay at casa de Rosa!
Location was amazing, we didn’t have a car and could easily walk to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and even a winery within 20-30 mins which was ideal.
It was SO peaceful and the shared pool area is set in beautiful gardens which is really relaxing.
All staff were really responsive and friendly - especially as our flight was delayed for check in. Gave us taxi recommendations and other useful information.
