Grausam, nie wieder hier!
Pros:

Lage in der Stadt war versprochen und wurde gehalten, allerdings war es eher ein Außenbezirk von Den Haag. Auf jeden Fall muss man mit der Straßenbahn oder dem Auto in die Stadt fahren.
Ausstattung der Küche ist ok. Es gibt eine gute Nespresso Maschine.

Cons:

Es war sehr laut durch Verkehr und Straßenbahn. Vor 2 Uhr Nacht ist an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Dafür wird man auch schon gegen 5 und 6 Uhr morgens durch die Müllabfuhr oder anderen Verkehrslärm wieder geweckt. Die Fenster lassen sich (wohl aus Sicherheitsgründen) nicht öffnen. Der einzige Ventilator im Apartment war kaputt und machte einen Höllenlärm. Wir haben das noch bei Ankunft bemängelt, was auch vom Vermieter bestätigt wurde. Trotzdem wurde bis zur Abreise der Ventilator nicht repariert oder ausgetauscht. Im Schlafzimmer oben ist es entsprechend heiß. Einzig unten geht es von der Temperatur. Insgesamt sind die Betten alle durchgelegen und müssten mal erneuert werden,.

La ubicación, cerca de paradas de tranvía

Cons:

El calor en la habitación era insoportable. Las ventanas no se pueden abrir por lo que no hay ventilación. No hay aire acondicionado. No lo recomiendo para los meses de verano. El lavabo es excesivamente pequeño. Justo encima del lavabo hay un mueble que te imposibilita poder usar bien el lavabo. El gel escaso. El propietario nunca coge el teléfono

Pros:

Heel fijn en compleet ingericht. Goede ligging in de stad. Rembrandt is erg rustig.

Cons:

Douchekop van de regendouche is kapot maar wordt niet gerepareerd. Graag weet je van tevoren welk koffieapparaat er staat.

Ottima posizione, prima esperienza per noi in olanda. Appartamento confortevole

Cons:

Manca una ventola aspiratore in bagno. Sarebbe utile per il vapore della doccia altrimenti tra poco, il soffitto diventerà nero per la muffa e Sarebbe utile anche per gli odori

Convenient location and separate rooms, but the toilet smell was unpleasant.
Pros:

It was good to have two separate rooms while staying with a co-worker, and the location was very convenient, close to the tram stops.

Cons:

There was a strong smell coming from the toilet during almost our entire stay. Especially on the last day, the odor became much stronger and even reached the downstairs area.

Schoon en fijn maar erg lawaaierig

Schoon en erg lekker bed

Cons:

Mieren in de keuken en een kapotte douche. Lawaai van de straat (verkeer) is enorm. Zelfs langslopende en pratende mensen hoor je heel erg.
