Great place to stay and host family during CofC graduation/mother's day weekend.
Pros:

The apartment was well appointed - space maximized.

Cons:

Communication about check out time was hampered by a misplace rental book that was for another property, not meant for us. Not sure why it was there, but we used it as a reference and then discovered it wasn't for us and had to vacate much sooner than we thought.

Great space, nice little touches, look elsewhere though if you plan to shower during your stay.

Cons:

The showers were terrible. I loved this place but would look for alternatives next time because the showers were so awful. low pressure, tiny space, no hand held. Impossible to get clean.

We loved staying at the Charlestonian and truly hope to go back again!
Pros:

Everything was exactly as pictured - the suite was beautiful and spacious, and had everything we needed and then some. Comfortable bed and couch, beautiful kitchen - landscaping was so nice, it was all very charming. It’s a great location too! We loved the neighborhood and walked all over Charleston from the inn.

Cons:

Honestly it was all great! If I have to complain, I think it could use a new shower head. But even that was fine - we were there to relax and we didn’t need to rush our showers anyway!

This properity was perfect for our friends long weekend reunion.
Pros:

The location was great. The furnishings were comfortable. Everything was new and clean. We loved the front porch!

Cons:

We loved all the included kitchenware and appliances, but the height of some things were a bit challenging. Wish there would have been a small step stool available.

Pros:

The unit itself was quite nice and well decorated. A wonderful location.

Cons:

All 3 bathrooms have pedestal sinks with no place to put your toiletries. There is NO soundproofing between the floors. We could hear EVERYTHING from the unit above, even them zipping/unzipping their luggage. The "noise policy" was useless. If you are a light sleeper, DO NOT stay in a main level unit!!

We enjoyed our time in Charleston. Should have payed more attention to the layout before renting.

The barn doors and the bath sink being in the hallway. Created a lack of privacy that was unexpected.

Staff and location was excellent. Staff was very accommodating and responsive to our needs and inquiries

Price was higher than other properties we looked at. The patio suite we stayed in was VERY small

Didn't hate it, but wouldn't stay here again.
Pros:

Room was nicely decorated. Surprised to find the mini-kitchenette, which we used a lot.

Cons:

Room was the garden room and spiral stairs were difficult with suitcases. Concrete floor was cold, not clean and only rug (also dirty), was mostly under the bed. Not enough light above bathroom sink for shaving and makeup. Not thrilled by all the noise in the morning of the restraurant next door, prepping food and employees talking.

I’ve never met a staff that was so kind and thanked us for staying with them.
Pros:

We loved everything about the Charlestonian. We had an apartment. It is stocked with everything, including our morning, coffee so adorable and all the comforts of home.

Cons:

Nothing it was perfect
