Great size and layout. Overlooking the water.

Cons:

As I always do my own cooking, it lacks a few things like a couple of glass casserole dishes, lidded microwave vessels, only one tea towel supplied (should be two so one can be used while the other is washed and dried).

The view was spectacular!
The general condition of building was good

Cons:

It felt empty, Cheaply funished
One of the lounges kept opening up (a sofa bed).
The washing machine worked but as there were no instructions I was unable to dry clothes. RUSTY!
Sliding windows won't open, wheels need adjusting or replacing.
No instructions for TV The carpet in TV room was dirty
Bathroom taps leaked, reported but no action

Fantastic stay for my self sister and mother.

Location was fantastic, North side of the Gold Coast away from the hustle and bustle, easy to reach good restaurants, beaches, parks, and shopping centre and yet Still close proximity to Surfers Paradise.
The view from our apartment was fantastic, large views overlooking the water to the north and south, large veranda to sit, relax and take in the views, very spacious apartment, rooms and kitchen. Perfect place to enjoy my mothers 97 th birthday 🎂, she was able to just sit back and relax.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.
2 nd shower over the bath needs a non slip Matt in the bath, as the surface is slippery when went.

A lovely, clean and spacious apartment in a great waterside location.
Pros:

It was very spacious and clean and had beautiful, expansive water views.

Cons:

The bed in the main room. The mattress felt a bit old and I woke with a sore back both mornings.

Pleasant stay

We enjoyed out stay, the property was very roomy and quite.
The location was fantastic, I would return to this property.
Cloe on reception was just wonderful.

The unit needs updating and a maintenance sweep.

Really comfortable & relaxing stay.
Pros:

Amazing views, loved the balcony view over the harbour & city, very spacious, all kitchen facilities for a long stay, safe & secure, really comfortable beds, showers & sofas. A great place to relax and enjoy, and is kind of central to the theme parks & city activities.

Cons:

Facilities a bit old, washer/dryer didn’t function properly.
