If you just need a place to sleep, this provides a roof over your head that's all this place offered
Pros:

The only positive aspect of Lotus Resort was the view, which was genuinely enjoyable. Beyond that, the experience was quite disappointing.

Cons:

We booked Lotus Resort expecting a high-end “resort and penthouse” stay, but the experience did not match either the listing or the price paid.
The property is presented as a resort, however it is essentially a standard apartment with no actual resort facilities or services. On arrival, we also found that basic Airbnb essentials were not adequately provided. The kitchen lacked proper equipment, and essential bathroom items were either missing or insufficient, which made the stay uncomfortable and impractical.
Considering the cost and how the property is advertised, the standard of amenities provided is disappointing and does not meet reasonable expectations.

Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The spacious layout, good location and great views. Comfortable beds. It was very clean. The kitchen was great.
Excellent security. Excellent communication with staff. They also offered for us to keep our bags onsite after check out when waiting for our flight.

Cons:

For such a large apartment that accommodates for 8 people the supplies were quite limited or not supplied. It would have been nice if tissues and milk were supplied . More tea towels, towels, more tea, coffee and toilet paper would also have been appreciated. When paying a large amount and staying for four nights, we would have expected this.

Would definitely keep this place in mind for future stays with larger groups.
Pros:

Great central location for visiting the Gold Coast, just outside of Surfers Paradise. Apartment size exceeded our expectations for a larger group. Very easy checkin process.

Cons:

We did expect a few more staples in the kitchen to use but did go down to the local shops when needed. Dishes and cutlery could have been cleaner but overall ok.

This stunning apartment in Surfers Paradise delivered the perfect 12-day luxury stay.
Pros:

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in this stunning serviced apartment in Surfers Paradise for 12 wonderful days, it set a new standard for our travels in appartments. From the moment we arrived, the location completely sold us initially. The expansive balcony offered breathtaking views across the water to the city skyline. We spent most mornings and evenings there, enjoying the beautiful views of the Gold Coast.
The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and impeccably maintained. With four generous bedrooms and more noteably four bathrooms, it accommodated our group comfortably without ever feeling crowded. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals at home, open-plan living areas making perfect space to unwind and giving a very indoor outdoor vibe having expansive opening sliding doors for the perfect social space for our group.
Host Seven was outstanding. Their communication was prompt and helpful from booking through to checkout, making the entire experience seamless. The building facilities, including the pool, added that extra layer of luxury we didn't expect but thoroughly enjoyed.
This property delivers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and unbeatable location. We genuinely did not want to leave at the end of our 12 days. If you're considering a stay in Surfers Paradise, especially for a family or group, this apartment comes with our highest possible recommendation. We will definitely be back on our next visit to the Gold Coast.

Gorgeous Apartment
Pros:

Walking out of the lift into your own gorgeous foyer then around to the equally gorgeous kitchen/living was very cool. Beautiful apartment (level 4)
4 bedroom, 4 bathroom suited our group of 8.
Plenty of indoor & outdoor space.
Walking distance to local shops & Surfers Paradise

Cons:

Bare minimum kitchen supplies, cutlery & crockery 8 of everything which meant washing up 3 times a day. No accessories e.g. serving platters, salad bowls etc

Don't be mis-led like we were
Pros:

The location of the apartment is great and good to have parking on site. The area is very quiet but yet only a short walk into Surfer's Paradise. Having the whole floor to ourselves was good, with plenty of room for an extended family group. However, those are the only good things I can say.

Cons:

When booking a Penthouse-style apartment with 'city views' that is what we expected to get. However we were on Level 1 with a view that only looked into the apartments across the road. When we tried to discuss this with the Property Manager, Seven he was rude and unhelpful. We feel the description of this property is false and VERY misleading.

The apartment was very, very dirty. With stains on carpets in every room, stains on the curtains and curtains hanging down from the rails. The apartment was missing so many of the basics - there were no pool towels provided until we asked, very few toiletries, no bedside lamps, no shelves in the shower for soap, very limited kitchen utensils (no bottle opener for example). There was no servicing of the apartment over our 4 day stay. For almost $1000 per night we would expect a much higher standard of cleanliness and supplies.
After taking a lot of time to research properties in the area, we were really disappointed with our stay.

Pros:

This apartment was perfect for our stay. It was very spacious and the views from inside and on the balcony were incredible. Having 4 bedrooms plus 4 bathrooms were a bonus and the laundry was really useful. The host Seven kept in touch and it was easy to find our way up to the top floor of this amazing apartment. Having the whole floor to,ourselves made it very private and it was also very quiet. It was within a short walking distance to the beach, some shops, cafes and restaurants plus the tram to take you to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. The pool was handy for a refreshing dip too. We had a wonderful holiday at Surfers Paradise topped off by staying at the Lotus Resort.

Great location and room but very poor communication.
Pros:

The room was very spacious and was very comfortable. It was perfect for our stay. There was a bathroom for each bedroom which was amazing. Everything was very clean.

Cons:

There was minimal utensils/ cutlery in the kitchen. Unfortunately the communication with the property was highly disappointing. Even for check in- to get the code for the hotel it took several calls and texts to get through. One of the guests left her charger at the property and we are still trying to get hold of the management team to retrieve it and we stayed over 2 weeks ago! The communication has been very poor and just unnecessarily difficult. I really hope this can be looked into because otherwise this property would be 10/10.
