Struttura accogliente, dotata di tutti i confort. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili.
Pros:

Struttura pulita, dotata di ogni confort (caffè, boiler, frigo ecc.). Letti confortevoli. A breve distanza dal centro (20 minuti a piedi). Non mancava niente. Abbiamo chiesto il check out più tardi, che ci è stato concesso senza alcun problema. L'unico neo il rumore della strada, essendo la struttura sulla strada principale.

Pros:

Posizione perfetta e tranquilla. Panagiotis é stato veramente molto gentile e disponibile con noi, indirizzandoci anche a un noleggio auto di fiducia. Camera pulita e fornita di tutto.

Eine absolute Empfehlung
Pros:

Die Unterkunft wurde kürzlich renoviert und der Gastgeber ist super zuvorkommend. Am Abreisetag hat er von sich aus angeboten, dass wir noch länger bleiben dürfen. Wir konnten deswegen noch einen ganzen Strandtag machen und anschließend noch duschen.

Tutto perfetto!
Pros:

Struttura tenuta benissimo, camera con piccola cucina e piccolo bagno ma ottima per una vacanza in coppia, pulizia perfetta, servizi ottimi, la proprietaria molto gentile e cordiale (check in anticipato e check out posticipato, grazie mille!), posizione a 2 minuti di scooter dal centro di Kardamena (comodissima).

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Sehr sauber und in der Küchenzeile ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Frühstück bereiten oder mal ne keinigkeit Kochen benötigt. Die zentrale Lage ist ideal geeignet um Kos zu erkunden.

We had a fantastic stay at Pita's Studios and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The value for money was excellent, and the studio was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained.

The apartment was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee machine, kitchen utensils, cooking essentials like oil, and toiletries. These small touches made our stay much more convenient and enjoyable.

Although the property is a little outside the city center, we actually found the location great. There were supermarkets, beautiful beaches, and good local restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area.

A special mention goes to the owner, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. Before our arrival, he shared a list of recommended restaurants, beaches, and places to visit, which was very useful and helped us make the most of our trip.

Overall, we loved our stay and would happily return. Highly, highly recommended!

Pros:

Posizione ottima per le spiagge e il paesino di kardamena, che è molto servito da ristoranti, bar, lidi. Stanza grande e pulita, bagno un po’ piccolo ma con tutto il necessario. La proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile, davvero brava! Grazie di tutto, se torneremo a kos alloggeremo sicuramente ancora qui!
