Pros:

La posizione è fantastica sul mare senza essere nella confusione. Il centro di kardamena si raggiunge con 5 minuti di passeggiata sul lungomare. Nessun problema di parcheggio.

manca qualche appendiabito per appoggiare le borse al ritorno dal mare

Very kind host, rooms weren't good.
Pros:

Philippilos is a kind person. He does his best for his guests. The terrace with a view was nice. If there was da sunshade, it would be perfect. The airco in the bedroom was nice since it's hot.

Cons:

The rooms were small. Especially the bathroom was not really useful. We got a headache from the insects that kept coming. Spraying kept them away temporarily.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura di Philippos a Cardamena e siamo rimasti entusiasti. La camera al piano rialzato verso il giardino era fresca, decorosa e pulitissima.
La posizione è ottima e tranquilla (nella parte ovest, alla fine del paese), con tutto raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. La struttura è davanti a una spiaggia di ciottoli, ma basta camminare a sinistra per 300-400 metri per trovarne una bellissima di sabbia. In alternativa, a circa 1 km dopo il porto, c'è un'altra spiaggia di sabbia raggiungibile con una rilassante passeggiata sul lungomare tra locali e bar.
Philippos è un ospite eccezionale: ci ha dato informazioni utilissime e ci ha prenotato il taxi per il ritorno. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, consigliatissimo!

Perfect Stay with an Amazing Host – An Absolute Gem by the Sea!
Pros:

Philippos was an amazing host throughout my stay. He was always available whenever I needed help and even helped me organize a rental car. The apartment was spotless and spacious, equipped with a lovely little kitchenette. It also featured four balconies with both sea and mountain views, so I could watch both the sunrise and the sunset. It is just a few steps away from the sea, with an infinite number of bars and restaurants nearby. I was especially grateful for his flexibility on my last day—since my flight was late at night, he allowed me to keep the apartment until late. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! I will be back!"

Pros:

Gospodin Philippos je vrlo susretljiv,pomaže u svemu što vam god zatreba. Apartman se čisti svaki dan, a gospođe koje to rade su uvijek srdačne.

Cons:

Nigdje nije istaknut kućni red. Pojedini gosti koji se kasno vraćaju iz provoda nemaju obzira prema drugima, galama, smijeh, rasprave u 2-3 ujutro.
