Quartier mitten im Zentrum, wir erwischten einen Parkplatz direkt um die Ecke, also alles perfekt

Sehr zentral, sehr sauber. Alles vorhanden, das man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt.
Bahnhof, Heiligengeistplatz kurzer Fußweg.
Nahe an Domplatz und beim Lindwurm.

Pros:

Apartament jest dobrze wyposażony i ogólnie godny polecenia, problem w tym, że oferowany jest jako dostosowany dla osób niepełnosprawnych, a przed windą znajdują się schody już nie do pokonania... Nie polecam ze względu na dezinformację i brak kontaktu z właścicielem na miejscu.

Ich mag Limehome, da es immer sauber ist und schöne Zimmer hat. Danke an Sandra (ich hoffe, ich habe den Namen richtig genannt), das Zimmermädchen. Ohropax und kleine Süßigkeiten am Bett bringen mich immer wieder zum Lächeln.

Cons:

Online Check-in.
Es ist das dritte Mal, dass ich einchecken möchte, aber ich habe Probleme und soll eine halbe Stunde vor dem Hotel warten, bis das Support-Team mir hilft. Bei diesem Aufenthalt habe ich das Support-Team ein paar Mal angerufen und per WhatsApp geschrieben und mit verschiedenen Mitarbeitern geredet. In diesem Gespräch und WhatsApp-Chat war nur Anna ganz freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von allen anderen bin ich total enttäuscht.

Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt hat es gepasst
Pros:

Wir sind schon sehr oft hier gewesen, da die Zimmer sehr gemütlich und komfortabel sind und die Lage zum Zentrum perfekt.

Cons:

Ich möchte gleich einmal festhalten, dass wir nicht zum Fernsehen hierher kommen. Aber es sollten vor der Übergabe der Zimmer alle Geräte auf Funktion getestet werden. Man zahlt ja auch den gleichen Preis, wie andere, die alles nutzen können.
Am Anreisetag funktionierte der Fernseher nicht. Wir haben das gemeldet, es wurde uns gesagt, man kümmert sich darum. Am nächsten Tag funktionierte er nach wie vor nicht. Erneutes Telefonat - uns wurde erklärt, dass er funktionieren müsste. Tat er aber nicht. Auch an Tag drei nicht. Und am Abreisetag nicht. Schade, aber hier gehört die Kommunikation zwischen Service-Hotline und Personal vor Ort verbessert.

Optimal eingerichtetes kleines Apartment
Pros:

Sehr schöne Raumaufteilung, zweites Bad beziehungsweise separate große Toilette, die Küche hat alles, was man brauchen könnte, was sehr vorteilhaft war. Wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Es gab in der perfekten Küche auch eine Papier-Küchenrolle, aber kein Geschirrtuch und ein zusätzliches Handtuch für das zusätzliche Klo würden wir noch empfehlen, aber auch ohne die Dinge war alles super!
