Very nice, quiet, clean and functional apartment close to oldtown
Pros:

The location was great for us, close enough to the old town and the canal, but far from any street noise. The apart was spotless, and we the information to check in were very clear and easy to follow (codes were provided a few hours before check in time). The place was very functional, and we were able to use the washing machine to clean a load of laundry. The small kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few meals. There were several grocery stores within walking distance form the flat.

Pros:

The best value for money in Klagenfurt. The room is nice, very close to the city center, clean and modern. Whenever I have to stay in Klagenfurt I choose this hotel.

Appartamenti belli e nuovi se puliti!

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato due appartamenti matrimoniali. I problemi sono iniziati già durante il check-in online, con una procedura poco chiara e macchinosa. Il giorno dell’arrivo ci sono stati inviati i codici di accesso per un solo appartamento; per ottenere quelli del secondo abbiamo dovuto contattare la struttura e fornire nuovamente numero e dati della prenotazione.
Uno degli appartamenti, il n. 202, è stato trovato con il pavimento sporco e un forte odore di fumo. Dopo la nostra segnalazione, ci è stato comunicato che le pulizie sarebbero state effettuate il giorno successivo perché il personale addetto aveva già terminato il turno. Come compensazione ci è stato offerto uno sconto del 10% per la prima notte.
Il giorno seguente si è verificato un episodio ancora più spiacevole: gli addetti alle pulizie, evidentemente non informati della presenza degli ospiti, non hanno pulito il pavimento ma hanno gettato via tutto ciò che hanno trovato nell’appartamento, compresi bagnoschiuma, yogurt, acqua, merendine, biscotti, grissini e una shopper bag in tessuto. Hanno inoltre sostituito lenzuola e asciugamani, segno evidente che pensavano l’appartamento fosse libero. È difficile comprendere come abbiano potuto ignorare la presenza delle valigie negli armadi e nell’alloggio. Ancora più incomprensibile è il fatto che abbiano cambiato la biancheria senza effettuare la pulizia del pavimento, che era il problema principale segnalato.
Per questi gravi disagi abbiamo richiesto un rimborso del 50% del soggiorno. La struttura ha riconosciuto soltanto un rimborso del 30%, oltre a un ulteriore sconto del 10% su una futura prenotazione tramite il loro sito. Considerando che proveniamo dalla Sardegna e l’esperienza vissuta, è molto improbabile che torneremo.
Gli ospiti dell’appartamento n. 303 hanno naturalmente subito i disagi derivanti da quanto accaduto nell’altro appartamento. Inoltre, la maniglia esterna della porta risulta difettosa: a volte rimane in mano quando si cerca di aprire.

Nette Einrichtung, alles da was man braucht, sauber, unkomplizierter Check in und Check out !

Cons:

Sehr laut bei offenem Fenster (trotz der zur Verfügung gestellten Oropax kann man ab halb 6 in der Früh nichtmehr schlafen), bei geschlossenem Fenster immernoch laut + sehr stickig!
