Beste Lage, leider nächtlicher Lärm am Wochenende abends ohne dass man dies beim Buchen erfährt.
Pros:

Die Unkterfunkt bietet eine ausgezeichnete Lage mit bester Ausstattung. Hier blieben kaum irgendwelche Wünsche offen. Etwas mulmig ist einem schon, bei den ganzen KI-gesteurten Anmeldeformalitäten, die jedoch letztlich funktioniert haben.

Cons:

Freier TV Zugang gab es nicht - es fehlt die C+ Karte. Gut, dass wir einen freien Kanal mit Cartoons gefunden haben.
Oropax am Bett -> wir dachten, falls jemand von uns schnarchen sollte. Jedoch war in der Nacht auf 11.07. es laut wegen einem Lokal oder war es die Starnacht am Wörthersee? Hier hätte man sich gewünscht, wenn man sich mit 4jährigem Kleinkind eincheckt, es in irgendeiner Form einen Hinweis beim Buchen gibt anstatt dann vor Ort eben die Oropax am Bett. Dass am zweiten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes der Lift nicht funktionierte, war ärgerlich, jedoch letztlich bei der Abreise funktionierte er wieder, sodass wir den Koffer nicht runterschleppen mussten.

Tolles Zimmer mit toller Lage ohne Parkplatz
Pros:

Super Zimmer mit Küche

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und hat eine kleine Küxhenzeile. Bad ist ausreichend groß und sauber. Check in funktioniert einwandfrei mit Code, den man per WhatsApp übermittelt bekommt.
Das Haus hat einen Lift. Lage ist super. Leider keine Parkplätze. Da wir am Wochenende da waren und nur 1x Übernachtet haben, konnten wir in der Kurzparkzone gratis parken (Gebührenfrei ab Samstag 12::00 bis Montag 6:00)
Es gibt in der Nähe ein Parkhaus. Kosten: 30 Euro für 24 Stunden
Fürs check out bekommt man wieder etwas zugeschickt, das man dann beim Verlassen des Zimmers bestätigen muss.
Funktioniert alles einwandfrei. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros:

Sie lag zentral. Vom Bahnhof aus zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Man war schnell in der inneren Stadt. Der nächste Spar-Markt zum Einkaufen ist 3 Minuten entfernt. Es war ruhig. Es gab eine Klimaanlage - bei den heißen Tagen eine Wohltat. Die Ausstattung war gut zur Selbstversorgung. Der Check-In war unkompliziert durch Passwort-Übermittlung und Codeschloss. Im Kühlschrank warteten ein Krug gekühltes Wasser sowie fertige Eiswürfel bei der Ankunft auf einen.

Cons:

Der Fußboden war nicht sauber gewischt, so dass man Fußspuren auf dem Bettlaken hinterließ, wenn man barfuß in der Unterkunft lief. Der Abfluss der Dusche konnte die Wassermenge beim Duschen nicht bewältigen, so dass das Wasser sich auf dem Badezimmerboden verteilte und man mit dem
Duschvorleger eine Barriere bauen musste. Dieser konnte seinen Zweck dann nicht mehr erfüllen, weil er triefend nass war.

Sehr zentral, sauber und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis auch gut.
Komme immer gerne wieder.

Cons:

Leider kaum Parkplätze. Das Bad in diesem Zimmer war leider direkt neben dem Bett, und der Fernseher so ums Eck platziert, dass man vom Bett aus nicht schauen konnte. Bei der Größe des Zimmers hätte man das besser lösen können.
