Todo en general me gustó, el bungalow estaba muy bien, tenia de todo lo necesario, estabamos como en casa. El complejo es muy tranquilo. La piscina no era muy grande pero estaba muy bien. Trnia un parque, y una zona con camas balinesas. El minimarket tenia de todo lo esencial. Los recepcionistas muy amables. Todos los dias me preguntaban si estaba todo bien, si estabamos disfrutando las vacaciones. El restaurante genial, la comida muy buena, el pan de ajo delicioooso. La camarera Oty un amor de persona. En fin, voy a repetir porque sin lugar a dudas es de los mejores en maspalomas.
Pequeñas tonterias como que la piscina resbalaba antes de entrar, igual en la ducha del baño. Que el agua de la ducha se salia y caminaba por todo el baño si no tenias cuidado. Y que el bidon del parque acuatico echa agua muy bruta para niños tan pequeños, nada mas. Para los comentarios negativos que llegué a ver. Me quedo con la experiencia.

El trato de limpieza, no hubo cambio de sábanas en 1 semana , las sábanas olían a perfume de hombre .
La piscina (grande) ideal para niños pequeños y ni tan pequeños porque hacen pie en los bordes y pueden moverse con seguridad en la gran mayoria de la piscina. Super!! El bungalow muy bien, pequeñito y apañao. Y el complejo en si es muy familiar y super tranquilo, nada de ruido por la noche, excelente!!
Wifi de pago, no te dan ni lavavajillas ni gel de baño (eso estaria bien saberlo antes 😂) el mando de la tv hay que pedirlo en recepción con deposito de 20€ que despues te devuelven. El parque de los niños y los toboganes de la piscina estan deteriorados. Y las terracitas de los bungalow son abiertas a todo el que pasa...
Aunque Estas cosas no nos gustaron, por las cosas buenas si repetiríamos!!!

Территория и в целом комплекс очень понравился своим уютом и достаточностью того, что предложено на самой территории. Бар отличный и цены довольно не высокие для отдыхающего. Большим плюсом были горки для детей, где они полностью могли посвятить себя играм, как в малом, так и в большом бассейне. Надувные матрицы были не запрещены для использования в большом бассейне, что было так же плюсом, так как был опыт в другом комплексе, что подобное было под запретом. Не понятно, по какой причине. Апартамент удобный и всего хватает для отдыха
На ресепшене маленький магазинчик и при надобности чего то очень необходимого, всегда можно пойти и купить.
В общем очень понравилось, особенно цена/качество.
Обязательно сюда вернёмся.
Бармен обманул на количество выпитого пива у бассейна
Умело заговаривал зубы, а как итог от тнг количества что он вбил в чек, я бы наверное самостоятельно с территории не дошел бы до номера. Но в отличном настроении я не обратил внимание на это и просто заплатил. Чек проверил уже на следующий день.

Кухня и кухонная утварь старая и запах самих фасадов и ящиков требуют уже отправится на покой, и быть заменеными на что то свежее.

Algunas limpiadoras le preguntabas algo y no te hablaban muy bien
En general todo había suficientes amacas , piscina grande y buena para los niños no hay peligro y tranquilidad volveremos otra vez
Lo único pero que pongo es que el microondas estaba en mal estado
La piscina grande resbala un poco,en el tiempo que estuve de estancia, adultos y niños, sin correr simplemente accediendo a la piscina se resbalaban.
Para mí , deberían de señalizar ésa zona o simplemente ponerle algo antideslizante.
Gracias a Dios que no paso nada grave, pero yo lo tendría en cuenta, porque justamente ,es por la zona de la rampa donde está la piedra , puede pasar algo más grave al caer,y podrían darse .

Q tardan mucho te hacen firmar muchas cosas y tardan mucho en darte la yave ya me e quedado 3 veces y siempre igual y aparte hay q dejar el apartamento a las 11 d la mañana lo veo mal ya q cuando entras entras a la 1 li q tarda tanto en q firmes y todo de dan las dos fatal y a las 6 apagan los chorros a los niños d la picina q a las ) ase bastante sol todavía
