Localização e o conceito da estrutura do resort, espaços. Sossegado. Pequeno almoço muito diversificado, bom!

O colchão da cama não era confortável, precisa de substituição. Os hóspedes tomavam conta das espreguiçadeiras da piscina, deixavam toalhas a marcar desde a noite anterior. Nunca utilizamos a piscina

Pros:

Hotelli oli moderni ja siisti. Se sijaitsi keskeisellä paikalla lähellä rantaa. Huone oli myös hyvin siivottu ja henkilökunta päivittäin kävi siistimässä huoneen.

Henkilökunta oli ystävillistä ja auttoivat oma-aloitteisesti. Allaspyyhkeet sai vaihdettua useaan otteeseen, ja myös rannan rantatuolit olivat käytössä.

Cons:

Jouduimme odottamaan huoneen saantia reilusti yli tunnin siitä mitä Bookingissa oli mainittu sisäänkirjautumisesta. Kuitenkin saimme tästä kompensaatiota kuponkien muodossa, mikä hyvitti reilusti ylimääräisen odotuksen.

Pros:

Det mesta var okej, mycket bra mat i restaurangen (vi hade alinclusive) men drinkarna var katastrof. Personalen i restaurangen var trevligast på hotellet, men var ibland lite väl snabba att plocka undan tallrikarna. Bra att man kunde använda faciliteterna på systerhotellet och det fanns väldigt många pooler att välja på, lite svårt ibland att hitta solstolar bara.

Cons:

Rummet till fyra pers var i minsta laget, sängarna var sköna, men bäddsoffan liten för att vara till en vuxen person, vi betalade för 3 vuxna och 1 barn. Fick inte heller något rum med vidare bra utsikt. Det var också väldigt begränsat med förvaring, en liten garderob utan hyllor eller lådor, bara 5 galgar att hänga kläder på. Det saknades också krokar att hänga saker på, så vi hade de flesta kläder kvar i resväskan. Lite bökigt när man är där en hel vecka. Tyckte också det var snålt att det bara ingick vars en flaska vatten som man fick första dagen, så ville man ha vatten på rummet fick man köpa själv, eller gå och hämta i plastglas i baren, men absolut inte fylla på egna flaskor. Också bökigt. Tennis och paddel kostade extra och det fanns inte jättemycket övriga aktiviteter än pingis.

Hyvä sijainti, loistava monipuolinen aamupala, tosin kahvi ja mehut muuhun laatuun nähden ala-arvoisia.
Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Allasalue hyvän kokoinen.

Cons:

Kahteen kertaan jouduttu pyytämään muurahaisten myrkytys huoneeseen. Huone oli 2.kerroksessa, joten ei oletettavaa, että muurahaisia olisi huoneessa.

Our stay was extremely disappointing, especially considering this is advertised as a 5-star resort. We prepaid our room in full months in advance and expected the level of service and professionalism that comes with a luxury property. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of that standard.

We arrived at 4:00 a.m. after a long journey, only to discover that the bathroom ceiling in our assigned room was leaking. Although this was clearly not our fault, we were understanding and agreed to move rooms without making an issue of it. Unfortunately, the replacement room was significantly smaller, had no view, and was far less suitable for our family. The bathroom was also extremely small for one adult and two teenage boys.

As if that wasn't enough, the electronic door lock to our room stopped working during our stay. We were locked out while maintenance repeatedly tried to fix it without success. In the end, we had to move yet again and spend the night in a different room while all of our belongings—including our clothes, chargers, medications, and other personal items—remained locked inside the previous room. This was incredibly inconvenient and stressful.

Despite all of these problems, the hotel never offered a meaningful apology, compensation, room upgrade, or any gesture of goodwill. The manager was particularly unaccommodating throughout the entire experience. For a 5-star resort, this level of customer service was unacceptable.

On our final day, after being forced to spend the previous night in yet another room because of the hotel's lock failure, we asked if we could keep our smaller room until 6:00 p.m. so we could properly repack and prepare for our late departure. Instead of trying to accommodate us after everything we had been through, we were told we would have to pay an additional €150 to use the room we had slept in the previous night. That completely missed the point.
