Don’t think twice and book it if available.
Pros:

Enormous apartment right next to the Planai lift, Summer Card included. The staff were very helpful and kind. The building itself is very clean, modern, and smells amazing. Facilities are top notch. I would stay here any time again.

Besser kundtun, dass man auch alles bekommen möchte, wofür man zahlt.

Es wurden Sachen zur Verfügung gestellt, die wir nicht explizit angemerkt haben: zB Betten mit Überzügen, Pölster, Decken, sogar Wasser und Strom. Wir haben fast alles bekommen, wofür wir gezahlt haben

Cons:

Wir haben bewusst ein Zimmer mit zusätzlichem Sofabett für drei Personen gebucht und dafür einen höheren Preis bezahlt. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns jedoch mitgeteilt, dass kein entsprechendes Zimmer mehr verfügbar sei und wir stattdessen ein Zimmer ohne Sofabett erhalten würden.

Da aufgrund eines Kongresses kaum Alternativen verfügbar waren, haben wir das Zimmer dennoch angenommen. Anschließend habe ich um einen Preisnachlass gebeten, da der Aufpreis für das Zimmer mit Sofabett rund 100 € betrug. Dies wurde mit der Begründung abgelehnt, dass eine Rückerstattung aufgrund der Buchung über Booking.com nicht möglich sei.

Nachdem ich Booking.com kontaktiert hatte, nahm die Plattform direkt Kontakt mit dem Hotel auf. Dabei stellte sich heraus, dass das Hotel den Preisnachlass auch gegenüber Booking.com ablehnte. Damit entstand bei mir der Eindruck, dass die ursprüngliche Begründung lediglich vorgeschoben war und die Ablehnung unabhängig vom Buchungsweg erfolgte.

Zusätzlich wurde uns mitgeteilt, wir hätten ausdrücklich darauf hinweisen müssen, dass uns das Sofabett wichtig sei. Ich halte es allerdings für selbstverständlich, dass ein wesentliches Ausstattungsmerkmal eines gebuchten und bezahlten Zimmers auch ohne gesonderten Hinweis bereitgestellt wird.

Besonders enttäuschend fand ich daher nicht nur die fehlende Leistung, sondern auch die aus meiner Sicht wenig transparente Kommunikation im Umgang mit der Reklamation. Statt eines Preisnachlasses wurden uns wiederholt Frühstücks-Gutscheine für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt angeboten. Da ein weiterer Aufenthalt für uns ungewiss ist, empfand ich dies nicht als angemessene Lösung.

Cons:

Der Empfang beim Check in , war etwas holprig , der gebuchte Parkplatz war doch weit entfernt vom Appartement, dafür gab es bei der Buchung keine Info
