Ausstattung und Preis/Leistung sind Top, kommen gerne wieder

Cons:

Sehr pampige Antwort auf die Nachfrage, ob eine Zimmerkarte fehlt (es war für 5. Personen gebucht, aber nur 4. Zimmerkarten bekommen). "4. Karten müssen für 5. Personen reichen", zu einem sollte jeder Gast eine Karte bekommen und das Anrecht auf eine Zimmerkarte haben. Und wenn man gleich in seinen AGBS schreibt dass eine fehlende Zimmerkarte mit 10€ Gebühr berechnet wird, ist und sollte die Nachfrage gerechtfertigt sein. Eine höflichere und angepasste Antwort sollte man schon erwarten dürfen.

Appartamento nuovo di zecca con tutti i comfort
Pros:

Appartamento spazioso , moderno con tutti i confort , addirittura wow la vasca idromassaggio e la sauna in appartamento . Cucina con tutte le dotazioni , addirittura lavastoviglie .
10 minuti a piedi dal centro , ma del resto bisognerebbe avere pass e comunque molte strade in centro storico non si circola . Perciò la posizione è ottima .

Lage super, vieles per Fuß erreichbar.
Schöne Aussicht auf Donau, große Terrasse.
Ausstattung fast perfekt.
Klimaanlage für die heißen Tage super.

Cons:

Keine Auflagen für Terrassenmoebel
Terrasse sehr groß und schön aber ungepflegt
partielle Beschädigungen an Wände sowie Silikonfugen im Bad. Vorhänge partiell verschmutzt.
Parkhaus für 14 € pro Tag finde ich unverhältnismäßig
(Monatsmiete 110 €)
Hätte überlegt einen ganzen Monat zu mieten,
wäre günstiger für meine Urlaubszeit.
Haben aber mit Glück einen kostenlosen im Umfeld gefunden.

Sehr modern, komfortabel und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Bei Ankunft lag uns eine Info über ein kostenloses Upgrade vor. Damit hatten wir sehr komfortables Appartement, das bzgl. der Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen ließ.
Fußweg zur Innenstadt ca. 20 Minuten, direkt an der Donau.

Cons:

In unserem Apartment lief das Wasser in der Dusche sehr schlecht ab. Auch bei kurzer Duschzeit ließ sich nicht vermeiden, den übrigen Raum teilweise unter Wasser zu setzen.
