Kameralny hotel w znakomitej lokalizacji. Z tarasu na dachu widok na kalderę i całą wyspę. Pokoje bardzo czyste i wygodne. Pyszne śniadanie kontynentalne, można je sobie zjeść na zewnątrz - każdy pokój ma takie miejsce ze stolikiem i krzesłami. Cisza, spokój, piękne otoczenie i basen, obsługa dokładająca wszelkich starań, by goście czuli się dobrze. Zostawiłam przez nieuwagę rzeczy w szafie - pani z recepcji napisała do mnie, a nawet wysłała mi zdjęcia, dzięki temu je odzyskałam, bo nawet nie zorientowałabym się, że tam zostały. Dziękuję bardzo!

Pros:

The room was as described, with good aircon and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless. Plenty of space and the basics of a kitchen. The staff were lovely, and the pool was a great way to cool off. The roof balcony was a perfect spot to watch the sunshine with a bottle of wine!

I like everything during my stay in Reverie Santorini Hotel. Almost everything was available. The room was very clean. Room condition and service was very good. I feel very comfortable there. Thank you for your service and also the management of the hotel was very nice to me. They were very friendly and the hotel environment was very good.

Wonderful family hotel that make guests feel very welcome. Our room was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. The towels were so thick and the bed super comfortable. Location is perfect to walk to Fira and all the shops but still be away from the hustle and bustle, many delicious restaurants near by too. Absolutely loved our stay, highly recommend Reverie Hotel

It was clean and had a good view from the roof.

Cons:

We were unable to use the pool on the last day due to ‘insurance reasons’ despite there being nothing in the description about this which we were disappointed by. But this I can accept. What I can’t accept is the vile way I was treated by the owner and receptionist when I asked why this was the case. I was shouted at, belittled and intimidated by the owner in the reception for everyone to see. While I remained calm, the owner invaded my space and behave aggressively, waving her arms frantically. At one point she forcedly hugged me, despite me pulling away and looking visibly uncomfortable, whilst she was still shouting. This incident went on for around 10 minutes in which time I had to repeatedly ask her to calm down. When she refused to do so and became more irate, I walked out as I was fearful, as she shouted after me through the door. This incident left me shaken and upset. As I was leaving for the airport a few hours later, the receptionist made a ‘dig’ that I should say goodbye to them, which he said with a big grin on his face. I would not return to this hotel if you paid me as I was treated in such a poor manner.

La beauté de l'hôtel, la gentillesse de l'équipe, très réactive et serviable, souriante et adorable. Excellent emplacement pour tout faire à pied. Hôtel très propre, agréable avec sa piscine avec des endroits intimes pour le petit-déjeuner très bon. Un pincement au cœur d'être partie. Encore un grand merci à Nikolina, sa famille et son équipe au top.

Alojamiento situado en una maravillosa zona de Santorini, muy cerca de todo pero con la tranquilidad de no estar masificado. Aparcamiento en la puerta, y trato excelente por parte del personal, siempre disponibles y de una forma muy atenta.
