Very modern, clean and lovely room! Everything was new. Nice balcony and shared pool area.

The location is really nice, if you have a car. Not a long drive to Sami. There are also a couple of good restaurants on a walking sistance.

Sehr sauber und ruhige Lage. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt und die Betten gemacht. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie in einem 5 Sterne Luxus Hotel. Die Betten sehr bequem und alles neuwertig und sauber. Die Inhaber Familie war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Lovely room with all kitchen facilities and items needed and pool is very relaxed and fairly private. There is also a beautiful lake nearby and it’s very close to the sea and caves.

Amazing hosts, could not do more to help and advise you. Brilliant location and the apartment was well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The pool was a good size, and had a nice temperature... There was so much to see and do, we only went in the pool once.

Bit far away from centre and shops.

The apartment was up to date, spacious and well equipped, with even a mosquito net on the balcony door. Cleaning of the apartments was carried out meticulously every day. There was a nice sea view from the balcony. The apartments also have a lovely swimming pool. I felt the price paid was good value.
Stelios, the owner was very welcoming and will do anything he can to help you. He is very knowledgeable about the island of Kefalonia. As I had not booked a hire car, he kindly drove me to the Drogarati caves and also to Assos, where I moved on to for a few days after Karavamylos|Sami. He drove to Assos via Agia Efimia, which I had also wanted to see. On the journey to Assos, he kindly stopped on the way to allow me to take some photos of Myrtos beach from a viewpoint on the road. These trips were very helpful for me.

Quiet, good value for money and lovely pool. Excellent location. We were three adults and it was big enough and the kitchen were was perfect for what we needed (breakfast and lunch).

After staying in many high-end hotels all over the world, this apartment was the cleanest! The lovely owners and staff keep the whole area and pool immaculate. There is a cafe/bakery a three minute walk along the road. The Messalini Cave is just a ten minute pleasant stroll away. It is a lovely, level walk along the coastline to Sami, which has plenty of restaurants and lovely views. Highly recommend this peaceful base. We didn't hire a car and if you are fit there are plenty of places to walk, as well as a bus stop nearby. The owner has a tour/taxi business which was very useful too.

Che dire... Tutto fantastico!
La struttura si trova a 5 minuti di macchina da Sami,e a pochi metri dal lago di Melissani, situata in una zona tranquilla dove nelle vicinanze ci sono due taverne e un caffè raggiungibili a piedi.
La camera era pulitissima dotata di ogni comfort (cucina e stoviglie), arredata con gusto, un bagno molto spazioso, ed un balconcino con vista mare.
Inoltre è presente una piscina situata di fronte la struttura.
Il proprietario è stato molto gentile accogliente e ci ha fornito molte indicazioni utili.
Qualità prezzo eccellente!

Everything about the property was perfect in terms of location, space, facilities and comfort! The rooms were always clean, and the bathroom was big as well. There is a mini fridge, and small stove in case you want to cook!
