Pros:

La habitación, muy buena. Algunas cosas por mejorar pero, mínimas. Por ejemplo: la puerta del armario no cerraba, bulla en la habitación colindante.

Cons:

La fachada del edificio y el ascensor. La fachada descuidada y el ascensor, muy antiguo.

Habitacion correcta. Poco profesional.
Pros:

La ubicación y la cama muy buenas, muy limpio. La habitación tenia una buena distribución.

Cons:

No pude trabajar por ruidos molestos dentro del establecimiento (tipo obra) todo el día. Cuando estaba volando, me llamaron 3 veces para decirme que entraba otro huesped en mi habitación (yo había avisado que llegaba a la noche tarde, cercano a las 00 hs, y era una reserva prepaga sin cancelación). Luego cuando me quise comunicar para entender la situación, no me respondieron. Muy poco profesional. En la web dice que tienen front desk 24 horas, pero es mentira, el front desk esta hasta las 18 hs. Hay un problema de presión con la ducha, y el agua caliente demora en salir. Ademas, el placard estaba roto. En general, correcto, sirve para dormir una noche, pero poco profesional, y no sirve si precisas estar durante el día en la habitación.

There are properties around the same price. Don’t waste your money.
Pros:

The location was good and the staff were friendly but not always helpful.

Cons:

Our air con machine started to leak one evening. Reception was supposed to be available until 9pm but even though a text was send before then, they said they could help until the next day. They never ended up helping at all.

Property itself has pretty rough finishing. The aircon has a pipe that drips into the shower. There is very little shower pressure. You will not be washing your hair.

We had a couple of ants in the property also.

Es un pequeño estudio, cómodo y con una ubicación excepcional.
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta!

Cons:

Llegamos y una de las toallas del baño estaba muy sucia :( Parece que se olvidaron de cambiarla. Por el resto, todo ok!
