Buena experiencia.
Pros:

Buena ubicacion. Facil caminar a cafes, restaurantes, y pasar por la parte historico del centro. El lugar esta seguro y la personal atento.

Great hotel, good location
Pros:

A very comfortable hotel on the edge of centro historica..a short walk to Zocalo and most galleries. Pool was a bonus and staff exceptionally welcoming and helpful.

We had an okay stay
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location, quiet and not too far from the town centre. The house keeping staff did a good job with their daily cleaning and making up our beds.

Cons:

The whole suite looked and felt dated in real life compared to the photos. The natural lighting levels were quite dark so it did not add to the ambiance of the room.

The beds are not the most comfortable and there isn't much to cook with in the kitchen.

Pros:

The location was great, right down the street from the main church and near tons of restaurants. The price was great/affordable and it had a pool/parking when most others in the area don't.
The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean, there is a water dispenser in each room, and the AC made it very comfortable.
These are not dislikes just a comment of my preferences. The beds are fairly firm and short (if you are over 6ft)
No on site food but a vending machine, but having a kitchen is great and there is tons of breakfast options around (just have to walk)

Pros:

La localización. Un lugar para ir en familia. Cómodo, limpio, para descansar después de pasear todo el día por la ciudad.

Cons:

En las noches se escucha música y algo de ruido, pero nada que no deje dormir. Se entiende al ser tan céntrico.

Superb location and nice to have a pool
Pros:

The location was super. It was nice that we had a pool to chill. The staff were nice. The apartment was spacious and had air con.

Cons:

The bed was a little hard and i'm more used to having a duvet instead of a thin blanket/plaid.

The shower was ok, the strength of the water could have been better.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, las habitaciones muy prácticas y cómodas, la alberca refrescante.
Nos permitieron hacer el checkout un poco más tarde y dejar nuestro automóvil en el estacionamiento un poco más de la hora de salida.
Muy buena atención.

Cons:

Las almohadas, a mi gusto un poco rígidas.
