Important information:

Please note that daily cleaning is available at an additional fee if you book an apartment. If you book a room it is included in the rate.

The property will not serve breakfast, Lunch and Dinner from 01/10/2023 to 01/03/2024.

When booking half board, please note that wine and dessert are not included.

If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. On Mondays, check-in after 20:00 is not possible.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Tolle Lage direkt am Meer.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sensationell… ein eigener Zugang zum Strand, so dass man ganz gemütlich ohne viel Equipment ins Wasser schlendern konnte. Von der Terrasse aus hatte man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Und fussläufig ist man in ca. 20 Minuten in der Altstadt von Portovenere.

Cons:

Es wäre schön gewesen, eine Frühstücksoption gehabt zu haben. So mussten wir in dem teuren Strandcafe einen für Italien mittelmäßigen Kaffee trinken.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, posizione e vista impagabile
Pros:

Struttura in una bellissima posizione, affacciata su una spiaggia di ciottoli con acqua limpida. Parcheggio disponibile, camere ampie con affaccio sul mare. Nelle vicinanze un'ottima focacceria e un buon ristorante di pesce

Cons:

Il bagno sarebbe da migliorare, grande ma non molto confortevole.

La vicinanza alla spiaggia libera , la possibilità di avere nel prezzo i lettini, la vista mare , il parcheggio coperto ad un buon prezzo e la pulizia eccellente !

Cons:

Considerando che è un 3 stelle non c'è nulla da lamentarsi!

Molto confortevole in posizione fantastica
Pros:

La posizione è fantastica e gli appartamenti accoglienti. La spiaggia libera di fronte è perfetta

Cons:

In questi giorni di caldo estremo gli appartamenti erano molto ben rinfrescati dall’aria condizionata ma gli spazi comuni sono molto caldi. Metterei una macchinetta nell’ingresso per il caffè e altre bevande a pagamento
