It’s was nice but for the price could’ve been better
Pros:

The location was great, very close to town and a nice view.

Cons:

It was pretty dirty.The worst part was when I got out a new roll of toilet paper about 30 tiny small bugs crawled out of the roll they had made a nest under the sink. And all the toilet paper was infested. Overall cleanliness was average

Excellent location, friendly staff
Pros:

Excellent location - we could walk easily to restaurants, beachfront, cruise terminal. Up a small hill which made for a spectacular view. Easy parking on site. Staff were friendly - carried suitcases up stairs. Took care of our laundry for a reasonable fee - it was folded and in our room the following day. Highly recommend!

We loved the early morning sunrise, walking to the town centre, markets, boast cruise and the food around town

This is nice and close to the Main Street which was accompanied with a little night club noise at night
Pros:

The location to town and the marina were perfect to meet our needs. The staff were so friendly and helpful

I’d say the owner could do with giving the grounds a bit of a birthday

A comfortable stay in an excellent location.
Pros:

The location is excellent - elevated with great views but just a gentle climb from the town centre which is only a couple of hundred metres away. Rooms are clean and quite comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The furnishings and fittings are old and dated, but in good condition. Despite a roomy bathroom, the shower recess is very small and cramped and is positioned right next to the doorway so that you tend to bump into it when entering the bathroom.

Great find at short notice!
Pros:

I booked this the day before arriving and was so pleased! I had a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor and had fantastic views over Airlie Beach! Made the stay!

Also to note, the staff were super friendly and welcoming!

Cons:

It’s a little dated, with a bit of updating this property could be 5* self-catered accommodation!
