EXPERIENCIA LAMENTABLE: GRAVES INFRACCIONES DE SEGURIDAD, PRIVACIDAD Y PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA (Bloque 15)

​Estuvimos alojados del 4 al 11 de julio de 2026 y nuestra experiencia ha sido pésima. El alojamiento incumple de forma flagrante las condiciones anunciadas y comete irregularidades inadmisibles en materia de protección de datos, seguridad bancaria e higiene.

​1. VULNERACIÓN GRAVE DE LA PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS (RGPD) Y SEGURIDAD BANCARIA

​Uso indebido de documentos: Al llegar, el recepcionista cogió nuestros DNI y, sin hacernos firmar ningún documento de protección de datos ni ningún registro formal, les hizo fotos directamente con su teléfono, dejándolas guardadas en su galería. Al finalizar la estancia tuvimos que exigirle que las borrara, mostrándose muy reacio e incómodo.

​Inseguridad bancaria: Al solicitar la clave del Wi-Fi (que cobra a 1 € por día / 7 € en total), el recepcionista le entregó su móvil personal a mi pareja para que introdujera allí directamente el número de su tarjeta de crédito/débito. Obviamente nos negamos por motivos de seguridad. Es una falta total de profesionalidad y un riesgo enorme para la seguridad financiera de los clientes.

​2. PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA Y SERVICIOS DENEGADOS (SITUACIÓN IRREGULAR DEL BLOQUE 15)

Nos alojaron en el Bloque 15. Al intentar hacer uso de los servicios e instalaciones anunciados en la web (piscinas, pista de pádel, mesa de ping-pong, restaurante...), se nos prohibió el acceso de forma rotunda. La razón que se nos dio es que dicho bloque pertenece a una propietaria morosa con procedimientos judiciales pendientes con la comunidad, por lo que a los huéspedes alojados allí no se les permite disfrutar de las instalaciones. Venden unas instalaciones que saben perfectamente que sus clientes no van a poder utilizar.

​3. ACCESIBILIDAD NULA

La entrada al alojamiento no está adaptada ni es apta para personas con movilidad reducida o que viajen con mucho equipaje.

El colchón del sofá cama era una plancha finita y te clavabas los hierros. Necesita aire acondicionado en cada habitación. Además, la barbacoa estaba sellada con un hierro y no se podía usar, lo cual es publicidad engañosa. El colmo fue que nos decían en la piscina que el bloque cinco, donde estábamos, no teníamos derecho a usar la piscina porque no pagan la mancomunidad. Evidentemente tuvimos que discutir con los empleados para poder usarla , ya que era lo que había reservado y pagado en booking. No volvería no lo recomiendo. No me gusta que me engañen.

We found out that the owner has not paid pool fees for years so the community did not let us use the big pool. The pool staff were friendly though, so they let us use the roof top pool but not the sun beds. The grill on the balcony was covered with metal sheets so it was not operating. All the knives in the kitchen were so blunt that we could not even cut tomatoes. That is why cooking was kind of difficult. Air conditioner leaked water inside and made floor slippery which was huge risk with the kids.

We wasn’t allowed to use the pool!! We were told the property hadn’t paid their fees and customers of there’s not allowed to use pool
Completely ruined our holiday. Life guard Carlos was very rude to us and made us feel un easy and very unwelcome and ruined our stay

Luckily the lovely guy Jasper who works behind the bar at the pool ended up letting us sit in his bar and we brought drinks so we used the pool on the last day.
Also there was another lovely life guard who wore crocs didn’t get his name but he was lovely and let us use pool on last day as felt sorry for us

Bit complicated system for check in but overall it was a good experience for 2 nights.

No anúncio mencionava piscina e espreguicadeiras e fomos bloqueados no acesso a piscina e espreguicadeiras só acesso ao bar. Informaram que não tínhamos acesso por falta de pagamento ao condomínio. E lamentável , se tivéssemos crianças teríamos de andar imenso para a praia

Нам не вистачило ел.чайника та мінімальних дрібниць на перший день - пари пакетиків чаю/кави, пляшка охолодженої води в холодильнику тощо. Також була б доречною невеличка соковижималка для цитрусових, кухонний рушник тощо :). І зовсім не сподобалось, що басейн на даху не працював майже весь час нашого перебування. А коли його нарешті відкрили, то з незрозумілих причин нам не надали право користування лежаками (хоча цих лежаків була достатня кількість). Загалом послуга "басейн" була "not friendly"

La doccia, non c'era tenda niente l'acqua uscita in tutto il bagno

The facilities were really poor. They kept asking for deposit but didn’t come once when we messaged them there was a leak in the apartment and the entire floor was full of water. At the end of our stay, the bin was also handed over to us to throw outside. I am not sure if this is the standard everywhere. The bin only had water bottles and nothing else. We didn’t make any mess but it was horrible to deal with the care takers. They were making faces at all times even when we asked for extra towels. Nobody ever came to clean the apartment during our stay but we were constantly pestered for deposit in cash.

The location was up a very , very steep hill and lots of stairs to climb, no lift. To be fair, Maria was very accommodating and moved us to the lowest level.
Definitely not suitable for anyone with mobility issues

Montée très dure pour les personnes âgées.

Huone oli ylimmässä kerroksessa, eikä hissiä ollut. Hotelli oli jyrkän mäen päällä. Lomani meni pilalle kun en voinut liikkua paljon. Pyysin jo ennen lomaa huonetta alakerrasta, en saanut. Ilmastointireiästä tippui likaa. Huoltomies piti tulla, ei tullut. Itse olisi pitänyt siivota, mutta tasopyyhkeitä ei ollut kuin yksi keittiössä

We hebben deze accommodatie geboekt o.a. om zijn zwembad en in mindere mate, een waterkoker. Het zwembad was nog niet gereed gemaakt voor gebruik. Als we dit vantevoren hadden geweten, waren we hier niet naartoe gegaan

Basseng var ikke brukkelig. Personale kunne ikke engelsk, de hadde ikke bookingen min "i systemet" (notatbok). Vi kom midt på natta med barna og måtte stå i gata og diskutere om leilighet til kl 04.00 på natta! Forferdelig opplevelse til å starte sin ferie
