Pros:

We booked an apartment for 3 adults. Upon arrival, we were told at the reception desk that we had received a free upgrade. Beautiful, spacious rooms, ocean-view balcony. The location was central enough to visit all other attractions. Truly a lovely surprise. Thank you, Seashells.

I liked the apartment view, the way it was so clean. The Reception guy was so friendly, wat a warm welcome from him. I even forgot my cellphone bt gues what, he called me to let me knw. So thankful for that.

Pros:

The units have a warm, welcoming and homely feel that makes me comfortable the moment I walk in. Every detail seems thoughtfully considered, from the generously sized bathtubs to the inclusion of both heaters and fans for year-round comfort.
The location is the best ever. The views suit every mood: the city on one side when you're in the mood for energy and activity, and the beach on the other when you're looking for peace, reflection, and a moment to yourself.
The 24 hour service very re-assuring.

Cons:

The gym was unavailable during this visit due to a burst pipe, which was unfortunate as I've enjoyed using it on a previous stay. I wonder if I could have borrowed some weights or basic workout equipment for use in my room? I didn't ask so I have no reason to complain.

Another suggestion I have relates to beach access. A more complete walkway would make a great experience even better. Climbing down and hauling myself back up over the rocks was not so graceful.

A pleasant stay in a good location
Pros:

was very spacious, our apartment had two end suites and also another separate toilet.apartment had all the amenities, stove,microwave, cutlery etc, didn't eat out, cooked our meals, also a private braai area on the patio, on-site restaurant
