Really amazing
Pros:

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Apartments are better than you can see in the pictures and is very close to the beach. Also if you want to have dinner with them you will be impressed is definitely much better then the restaurants around even thought is not looking like as is not really busy.

Pour la qualité prix on ne peut pas être trop exigeant
Pros:

Typique propre et personnel avenant et serviable

Cons:

La salle de bain petite avec baignoire et douche ridicules, literie très moyenne. Extérieur joli, intérieur c’est à dire la chambre vraiment pas à la hauteur.

Good location, close to the beach
Pros:

Good location, close to several beaches and situated in a quiet neighborhood. There are a number of local restaurants, mini markets, and supermarkets within walking distance. A bus stop just outside the hotel provides convenient access to Chania city center.
The studio was sufficient for our one-week stay- clean refrigerator, working air condition, convenient balcony.

Cons:

The swimming pool was quite small, and there were not enough sunbeds available for guests.
The bathroom was rather small, with a low ceiling. The bathtub/shower was extremely small, making it difficult for a tall person to shower comfortably without touching the ceiling. The washbasin leaked, which often left the bathroom floor wet.
Limited TV channel selection.
The kitchen lacked some basic utensils. We had to buy our own knife, as there was none.

Outstanding
Pros:

Couldn't fault the place, the photos don't do it justice. Apartments are basic but beautifully layed out, pool is bigger than it looks in the photos, breakfast was excellent, location is outstanding. At least 3 beaches to choose from, Chania is an hour's walk or an easy bus journey. Try the Little Fun Train excursions, great value. Loads of restaurants to choose from.

Cons:

If you book an excursion check the pick up time, they printed the wrong time on ours so we missed the bus.

Pros:

L’accueil par le personnel à l’arrivée et au départ était bien.

Cons:

L’hotel n’a pas de parking privé, il y a une place proche où le stationnement est gratuit. mais en saison estivale, je ne sais pas si il est facile de trouver une place sachant qu’il y a une plage à côté.
Petit dej moyen et pas très garni. Le personnel du restaurant n’est pas accueillant. Notre logement situé de l’autre côté de la piscine c’est à dire avec vue sur des bâtiments délabrés , était très vieillot et non confort. Les lits des enfants n’étaient pas prêts et les draps n’étaient pas présents
