Pros:

L’emplacement proche des plages.
Le personnel est au petit soin, souriants, bienveillants et à l'écoute.
Le petit déjeuner.
Nous avons également apprécié la qualités des produits, de la cuisine et du personnel les 2 fois que nous avons dîné à l'hôtel.

Cons:

Pas remarques diffèrent des autres. Ayant réservé en toute connaissance de ces défauts, nous n'avons été ni surpris, ni déçus.

Pros:

Amazing location, very good value for money.
Fine beaches nearby and a busstop (line 21) which takes you to Chania in 15 min.
Nice hotel with comfortable room and bed.. They have a nice pool og garden too. The breakfast is ok, you have everything you need.
The staff is nice. The cleaning lady is the best, everytime I came back from the beach the room was excellent and clean, I liked it!

Abbiamo soggiornato al Flamingos Hotel Apartments by GHH e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della nostra esperienza.

La struttura si trova in una posizione davvero piacevole, in una zona tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere le splendide spiagge nei dintorni. Le spiagge vicine sono facilmente raggiungibili, molto curate e offrono un mare bellissimo: sono a pagamento, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena per la qualità dei servizi, la comodità dei lettini e l’atmosfera rilassante.

L’hotel è pulito, accogliente e ben tenuto, con un bellissimo giardino che rende l’ambiente ancora più piacevole e rilassante. Gli spazi verdi sono molto curati e regalano una piacevole sensazione di tranquillità.

Un punto di forza è sicuramente l’accoglienza del personale, sempre gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ci siamo sentiti subito benvenuti e abbiamo apprezzato molto la cordialità e la disponibilità dimostrata durante il soggiorno.

Un posto ideale per chi cerca una vacanza rilassante, vicino a belle spiagge e con un’atmosfera familiare. Consigliato per chi vuole godersi il mare, la tranquillità e la bellezza di Creta.

A small, quiet hotel where you will definitely relax.
Pros:

The gentleman at the reception named Eftychios was perfect, always a smile on his face. He always helped and so did his colleague. Also a very nice cleaning lady originally from Albania, she was always helpful
A small hotel close to the action, close to the beach and in a completely quiet environment and parking within 100m. Very quiet.

L'hôtel Flamingos présentait de nombreuses non-conformités (moisissures, carreaux de salle de bains et lampes de chevet cassés, rideau de douche sentant le renfermé, poussière, traces de doigts, sanitaires en très mauvais état avec une chasse d'eau fonctionnant en continu, porte-savons de douche rouillés, coups de peinture blanche sur la cuvette des toilettes et la machine à laver pour dissimuler l'usure, le mauvais état et la rouille, eau qui déborde du bac à douche en raison de conduits bouchés, robinetterie vétuste). Logement très décevant!

Wonderful location, comfortable rooms, and brilliant staff, though the bathroom could use some love.
Pros:

We stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is perfectly located, just a 3–4 minute walk from three different beaches. There's a small shop on the corner, and a large supermarket about 15 minutes away on foot, with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby.

The staff truly made our stay special. I would rate them 10 out of 10! Everyone we encountered was incredibly helpful and friendly. The pool area was also a great spot to relax before or after a day at the beach.

Our room came with two A/C units, one in the bedroom and one in the living area, and both worked efficiently, cooling the space within minutes. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the sitting area was a pleasant place to unwind. The bathroom was functional overall, though the bath, shower fittings, and curtain are due for an upgrade and could use some attention.

The bus station is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, making it very convenient if you'd like to spend some time in Chania's old town.

Cons:

The bath, shower fittings, and curtain are in need of refurbishment.
