Schönes Apartment
Pros:

Großes Zimmer und große Dusche

Cons:

Hoher Verkehrslärm. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter nicht möglich. Mehrmals angerufen und keinen Rückruf erhalten. Zimmer wurde nur 1 mal wöchentlich gereinigt.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal, fußläufig zum Zentrum, das Zimmer war angenehm groß, sauber, komplett eingerichtete Küchenzeile, alles vorhanden. Viel Stauraum.

Die Lage man kam überall gut hin. Sind schon öfter im Klosterbaum und immer zufrieden.

Cons:

Da wir schon öfter da waren können wir etwas vergleichen.Das Apartment war gut aber einige Sachen wären zu bemängeln.Im Bad ind der Dusche das untere Türdichtungsgummi war lose und leicht schwarz und kalkig. Im Wohnraum bei einem Fenster Vorhänge leicht runterhängend. Kopfteil von Bett oben drauf sehr staubig. Geschirr und Gläser sind knapp bemessen.Auch sollte man vielleicht über Klimaanlagen nachdenken,wir mussten uns Ventilator kaufen und haben Zimmer trotzdem nicht angenehm kühl bekommen.Die Nächte waren nicht so toll.Nachts Fenster aufgerissen obwohl wir unten gewohnt haben.Tagsüber nur Vorhänge zu gehabt. Das ist meckern auf hohen Niveau uns gefällt das Apartment House Klosterbaum ist wirklich gut.

Mooi appartement op 8km afstand van Regensburg. Mooi appartement!

Cons:

Veel lawaai van langskomende verkeer dat hard rijdt. Ook hard geluid van deuren die dichtslaan als iemand naar binnen of buiten gaat.

Pros:

Dużo przestrzeni jak na kawalerkę, szafki w pokoju na ciuchy oraz półki w łazience na rozłożenie kosmetyków. Raz w tygodniu sprzątanie- dołożone zostały nowe ręczniki, mydło i wyniesione śmieci. Do telewizora można podłączyć HDMI, więc można sobie śmiało swoją telewizję podłączyć. Darmowy parking na miejscu przed budynkiem. Bezproblemowe i bezobsługowe zameldowanie oraz wymeldowanie (boxy na kod).
Generalnie świetne mieszkanie do wynajęcia. Byłam bardzo zadowolona.

Like my second home I would be happy to visit again.
Pros:

The hotel management was incredibly responsive to my needs throughout my stay. They addressed every request promptly and effectively. Thanks to the diligent and professional housekeeping staff, my room was always immaculate and comfortable.

Cons:

It is hard to recall anything I didn't like. Just having more flexibility for stay dates change or cancellation would be perfect.

Die Apartments sind top! Geräumig, sauber, sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, hell, gut lüftbar – einfach ausgezeichnet. Als Vielreisende kann ich sagen: bisher die beste Unterkunft, die ich in Deutschland hatte, besonders für den Preis. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend – vielen Dank dafür! Für mich alles 10 von 10 Punkten.
