Lovely property, poorly maintained.

The location was great. This property could be so much better with some maintenance and TLC

Cons:

This property is well located and has so much potential, but is let down with poor maintenance and poor correspondence.
The apartment is looking it's age. We had issues in both bathrooms. A broken shower head was replaced quickly but still didn't fit the head holder attached to the wall. Leak in vanity was not reported till the day we left. The TV in the living area didn't work for the entire duration of our stay. Aerial problem were the reason given and they were aware of the problem. No compensation was offered for this or any other issue. They were waiting for a repair man to come and fix. Upstairs in the main bedroom TV worked fine! 🤔 Security wasn't great with gates to the units having no locks.

Big apartment but needs updating
Pros:

The size of the apartment was big, good for family’s. The pool was a good size and close to a beach.

Cons:

The whole apartment was a bit old and needed updated including the pool area. I feel overpriced for what you get compared to what else is available in area.

Good price, suitable for large families.
Pros:

Plenty of bedrooms, nice bathrooms, large swimming pool, right by the sea.

Cons:

The living room air conditioner wasn't working, the air conditioner in the downstairs bedroom turned off by itself at 2:00 AM both nights, there was no hairdryer, and no toiletries.

Good place but needs TLC
Pros:

Nice location, close to beach. Manager was very pleasingly and helpful.

Cons:

Rooms a bit dated, especially the carpets, air conditioning (living area) in villa 1 kept switching off, needed to be reset at mains everytime.

Perfect location for what we went to Dongara for.

There was no outside table to use in the patio. The toilet in the main bedroom moves side to side when sitting on it.

Pros:

The place was clean and tidy, and located within walking distance of the beach, the pub, and only a few hundred metres from the golf course. My mates and I will be booking the same accommodation for next year for our surfing trip for sure!
