Everything it wasn’t clean , to far away from town and next to nothing
The property is in a quiet area and has restaurants, 711, Tops , CJ, washing machines, and a Barber 5 minutes walk away. Also, usually, there a Baht busses parked close by.

Die Unterkunft hat sich als Condo herausgestellt, es deutete nichts auf ein Hotel hin: es gab keine Rezeption wie in der Beschreibung und auch nichts irgendwie Ähnliches – überhaupt keinen Ansprechpartner, keinen Währungstausch, keine Infos über Ausflüge, keine Sonnenliegen. - Zimmer C710 hatte kein nutzbares WLAN und war schon gar nicht wie beschrieben „allergikerfreundlich“. Im Gegenteil: Bett, Couch und Sessel sind schwer von schwarzem Schimmel befallen – ich rate allen (nicht nur Allergikern) dringend ab, hier zu übernachten, denn Schimmel ist toxisch! – Dies wurde über die Jahre (!) immer mal wieder hier im Feedback der Kunden gemeldet weswegen ich leider davon ausging, dass dieser Mangel längst behoben wurde. Tatsächlich ist der Schimmel nur mit Tüchern kaschiert, die aber auch schon schimmelbefallen sind. Der Vermieter wollte mir erst Tage später meine ursprünglich gebuchte Unterkunft (!) zur Verfügung stellen – zu spät: Ich musste nach einigen Tagen in meinem dann schon bedenklichen Gesundheitszustand fluchtartig das Haus verlassen. Mein Genius - Level war da völlig irrelevant, Booking.com hat jede Zuständigkeit negiert. No sorry, no refund.

My room had the sun beaming on it for a good 5 hours a day causing my room to get hot but, I still had a fabulous time 😀

No sun loungers by the pool or sunshades
Quiet location away from all the noise. 7-Eleven is the 2 minute walk away. The bed was very comfortable. The pool and the fitness center were great. The security and juristic folks were all very helpful. The host is very responsive to any questions. It's a little outdated but well worth it.
For this price point I have no complaints.
