Nestled between the marina and the old village of Les Issambres, our small 3-floor buildings offer spacious apartments surrounded by lush Mediterranean trees.

Please note that the restaurant will be closed from 15 January after lunch until 21 January for lunch.

Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access for up to five devices (for browsing, emails and research), as well as charges and taxes (excluding city tax and application fees).

Beds can be made upon arrival for an additional cost of EUR 8 per person.

After booking, guests may reserve the location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Location preferences are subject to availability and incur an additional charge.

Please note that the swimming pool is not heated and not supervised. It is open from April to October.

Reception opening hours are Monday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00, Tuesday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, Wednesday closed, Thursday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00, Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00, and Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00.

Please note that the spa will be closed from 17 to 19 September.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges.

Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

A credit card pre-authorization (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be requested upon arrival. To save time during check-in, we recommend completing your registration via your Pierre & Vacances customer account in advance.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

bien placé mais un peu vetuste et très sombre en rez de jardin

Personnel d'accueil très sympa.

Cons:

L'ambiance un peu "camping" quand on est en rez de jardin. La configuration des toilettes/sdb n'est vraiment pas optimale. Assez sombre en rez de jardin et pas de barrière privative du jardin. Les gens qui ont des chiens utilisent le parc comme crottoir et urinoir à chien, c'est moche pour les enfants qui vont jouer après alors que c'est interdit.

Très bon emplacement, arrêt de bus et navette bateau juste en bas de la résidence. Super rapport qualité prix hors saison. Appartement propore et confrotable même s'il est un peu daté.

Emplacement super mais appartement trop petit et le problème d’eau chaude /froide était vraiment pénible.

Proximité de la mer , et piscine très agréable

Cons:

La baignoire était toute petite et l’eau n’était pas stable du tout … ça passait du brûlant au glacé toutes les 5 secondes …. Une cata. Et le lavabo était presque bouché….

Le personnel , l' emplacement et la piscine qui est pas mal

Cons:

Le logement : étriqué, sale , équipements qui ne fonctionnent pas ( lave vaisselle ,...) . Des remontées d égouts. Une literie correcte mais appartement tellement petit qu on ne peut placer un lit parapluie pour le bébé ou encore s asseoir sur les wc.
